... discuss the possibility (probability of it is approaching 100%) of the US stealing Russia's frozen assets. It is going to happen and that is why the CIA is organizing some "Russian Republic" which will be used as a legal beneficiary for the transfer of frozen funds to the US (in Russian). Russians are keenly aware of this.
I guess this "operation" will increase the legitimacy of the American "rules-based order" and raise the prestige of the United States to new heights, wink-wink.
