 ... in nothing, a euphemism for political "science" from the University of Pittsburgh, who never held a normal job in his life, let alone has any military command and engineering background, but who desperately tries to apply Game Theory to the field of which he has zero knowledge. And he copes, non-stop. Here is one such example:

When you begin to look at his "qualifications" and sheer incompetence--no wonder then that with Ph.D. morons like him the US is in deep trouble. US academe in political "science" is fraud. And this William Spaniel is an Exhibit A of sheer ignorance.
