This was stated by Russia's Permanent Representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, at a meeting of the Security Council on Ukraine, convened at the request of Kyiv. "The President of Russia has repeatedly confirmed that we are unequivocally committed to a negotiated solution and achieving the goals of the NWO by diplomatic methods, but since the Kyiv regime is not ready for this and, instigated by its European friends, is going to continue to fight at any cost. He will soon have to face new settlement conditions," Nebenzya said.

This is for those who lose focus. I, obviously, cannot vouch for 4 (four) S-400 systems (whatever that means) delivered to Iran, but it becomes clear that WSJ's lamentations are not baseless. 

And Israel's attempts at striking Bandar-Enzeli port at Caspian Sea is an indicator of them understanding that the line Astrakhan-Enzeli may become a very intensive SLOC (Shipping Line Of Communications). Well, Lindsay Graham, as most of the US Congress, are as removed from real war as humanly possible. Obviously such simple things as "fire impact", "fire density", "weight of the salvo", "casualties" and other entry level terms for a platoon CO are not known by Lindsey (yeah, "a veteran") and "long range fires" are used in Pentagon (which is controlled by Israel) only when applied against the enemy. The whole notion that your troops are defenseless against long range fires of your enemy is beyond the grasp of the graduates of the US War Colleges. But yes, Top Gun: Maverick did really well at the box office.

France Has Been Warned...

First Petr Tolstoy, now no less than Mr. Nebenzya:

UN, March 22 — RIA Novosti. Paris should keep in mind that Moscow will consider the French military in Ukraine as a priority target, Russia's permanent representative to the UN, Vasily Nebenzya, said at a meeting of the Security Council. "Planning to send regular troops (to Ukraine. — Ed. An important thing Paris should remember is that they will be seen as a legitimate and even priority target for our army," he stressed.

It is especially funny (for Russians) when receiving these contradicting messages, first from a collection of petulant children in Paris and then from the Big Boss: 

US officials have repeatedly warned Ukrainian military commanders that their attacks on Russian oil infrastructure could trigger global energy price hikes, the Financial Times revealed on Friday. Washington is reportedly worried that this could threaten Joe Biden’s re-election bid. The White House has “grown increasingly frustrated by brazen Ukrainian drone attacks” on Russian refineries, terminals and other oil infrastructure, the British newspaper quoted one of its sources as saying. Washington’s objections come months before a presidential election in the US, where “Biden faces a tough re-election battle this year with petrol prices on the rise, increasing almost 15% this year,” the newspaper noted.

Good Lord! Does Washington establishment know anything beyond elections? Of course, not. They do not have even basic skills in governing, have zero understanding of war, but they sure as hell know how run election campaigns, which is a euphemism to BSing the public into a complete cognitive dissonance and then into stupor, that it loses any resistance to manipulation. And this is not the end of it for the West. A lot of opinions are flying today about Europeans willing to send troops to 404, the main problem which is excluded from the discussion, however, is WHAT troops can, say, France, Poland and Netherlands send to 404? And the issue is not just sending troops there--let's imagine, for the sake of argument, that Paris somehow is able to put together up to 100,000 troops--how are they going to sustain them? Remember Libya? France and UK ran out of precision-guided munitions in three days. And, of course, one needs to feed and replenish ammo stocks for these troops--good luck with that. 

Now, for those who are getting over-excited about prospects of a nuclear war once NATO "official" forces get their asses kicked, which is a probability approaching one (100%), the US will not get involved--in fact, the United States desires  nothing more than seeing a lovely war in Europe, while staying behind Atlantic "ocean wall". Of course, US troops in Europe will be annihilated if it escalates, but by now it is just the matter of speculation. At this stage I am getting sick and tired of European excuses about "we didn't elect" Macron, Scholtz, Meloni et al. Enough, you did elect them, unlike 2020 elections in the US, Macron's victory over Le Pen was a landslide--you cannot fake such a massive gap in elections. Germans tolerated insidious economic and cultural suicide by Merkel regime, which is also responsible for wrecking much of the European economy, as long as Germany lived relatively well--this time is over. There is always a hell to pay for our sins on a global, as opposed to personal, scale. This revelation:

should tell Europeans, granted they even comprehend ramifications, that:

The real one, which is already in a preoperational stage, because a bunch of Kiev Regime Nazis have been charged and sentenced for their crimes in Russia. I spoke about the issue of justice for war crimes of 404 and its curators today with Ania. And here we are today:

Repeatedly targeting civilians and first responders in Donetsk with US-made HIMARS missiles was a deliberate crime, for which both the Ukrainian government and its Western sponsors will be held accountable, Russia’s permanent representative to the UN Vassily Nebenzia told the Security Council on Wednesday. “Yesterday’s attacks killed 6 and injured 55 people, including three children,” Nebenzia said at the emergency session of the UN body, calling it “yet another flagrant violation by the Kiev regime of the norms of international humanitarian law and further evidence of its purposeful actions to destroy the civilian population of Donbas.”

What does it mean, then, "to be held accountable" in relation to "Western sponsors"? Very simply, many their names and positions either in West's military or intel orgs are well known. Their identities are also well known. Here Nebenzya elaborates:

“These are conscious and cynical crimes that have no statute of limitation,” the Russian diplomat said, adding that Moscow will hold responsible not just the “Kiev regime” but also “Western countries who flood Ukraine with weapons and – as we are well aware – also approve targets of the strikes.”

Cannot get any clearer than that--for starters they will be charged with war crimes in absentia. Unlike BS of ICC in Hague, the names, the identities of those charged will be announced and charge will be not just of being responsible for killing, torturing, abusing, ethnically cleansing of Russophone population of 404, including torture and execution of Russian POWs, but in crimes against humanity. Now, once one considers that Washington and London's "war planning" and "command and control" are directly responsible for the deaths of between half-a-million and a million of VSU personnel, with one million of them maimed--guess from three times, how many of those people and their relatives and friends would want to settle accounts with those who are directly responsible for this horror? 

Well, for starters those whose identities will be disclosed and charged, will have to tread very carefully beyond the borders of their respective countries. But, considering the fact that neither the US nor EU know the meaning of national borders and how to defend those, even confining oneself to a what seems as safe location will do very little when one will have a number people who will be after them and, remarkably, will require no additional stimuli to settle accounts. FSB or SVR with G(R)U wouldn't need to move a finger, disclosure of identities by Ukraine War Crimes Tribunal and charging in absentia will be enough. 

As I am on record, most of those who "advised" Kiev Nazis--primarily from UK and the US, but not exclusively--do not have an appropriate organ, the mental and moral tool kit--to grasp the scale and the gravity of their crimes. It is one thing to kill Skripal's cat and do the false flag with chemical weapons somewhere in Syria or Iraq, totally another to be responsible for the largest war in Europe since WW II with millions of casualties. It is one thing to ran from Afghanistan, totally another losing the largest war since WW II to a country which is a nuclear military and economic superpower with wherewithal to do what it considers necessary. Or as Mr. Lavrov conveyed it today:

The country is in no rush to resume engagements with the West anyway, according to Sergey Lavrov    

Do you get the picture yet? They chose very wrong people to fuck with, and compared to Wehrmacht and RSHA they all look like amateurs.

While the world’s attention is focused on the war raging between Israel and Hamas, the military confrontation between the United States and Hezbollah is heating up. Since the Hamas attacks on 7 October and the subsequent retaliation by Israel, U.S. military bases and outposts in Syria and Iraq are facing daily attacks with rocket, missiles and mortars. I learned today from someone who regularly visits Walter Reed Medical Center in Bethesda, Maryland that the wards are filling up with U.S. military personnel wounded in recent attacks on those bases. The White House and the Department of Defense are working actively to suppress this information, apparently out of fear that the American public will recoil at news of the losses and step up pressure for the United States to get out of Iraq and Syria.  

Some people in this blog asked if it is wise for Hezbollah to disclose that they have, unlike HAMAS, BTW, serious weapon systems such as anti-shipping missiles. There is no secret in it, just recall this:

INS Hanit which was struck in 2006 with C-701 AshM, while much heavier and deadlier C-802 failed to lock on Hanit and struck some other vessel. So, it is nothing new for Hezbollah to be armed with much heavier weapons, including unconfirmed full blown missile air-defense complexes, than HAMAS--after all, Iran has a very advanced military industry. So, it is getting curioser and curioser(c) out there.

A Monday Primer.

Andrei Raevsky posted the transcript of Nebenzya's speech at the UNSC today. It is about dirty bomb and Russia calling everybody on this hugely important issue. Nebenzya opens with this:

We do not quite understand which added value other than a time extension of today’s meeting, carries the inclusion in the list of the speakers representatives of Slovakia, Poland, Germany and Greece. We’re not having a debate today, we are conducting a briefing. These countries’ position we already know very well. It could be nicely summed up by a [single] representative of the European Union. Nothing, but a desire to be featured on national TV screens, can we see in that. In the future, Mr. Chairman, we would like to ask you to be more careful when compiling the list of the speakers for the UN meetings on this subject.

As you may expect, the stalwart of American faux-diplomacy, Mr. Blinken continues to dismiss Russia's warnings about dirty bomb as transparently false allegations. One would expect such a reaction from people "populating" Biden's (and Obama's) Administration, because any allegations about integrity and professional competence of American "diplomats" are transparently false, hence the US being both non-agreement capable and, de facto, ungovernable, increasingly so with Midterms approaching. But then again, and I touch on this subject periodically, they don't teach Moliere and they do not attend either ballet or dramatic interpretations of his immortal comedy Le Bourgeois gentilhomme in D.C. because it hits too close to home with its message that you cannot buy class, especially in current US "diplomacy". Blinken should have concentrated on practicing law in NYC and should have never tried to become Mr. Jourdain. 

The desperation before Midterms is palpable in the US and for people who say that I "interpreted" Hu Jintao's exit from XX Congress was wrong--it is fine with me, I constantly stress that I am no Sinologist and if Comrade Hu was simply having a bout of dementia, it is fine with me. What I know for sure is not wrong is the fact of a massive purge of the top political and economic echelon of China of Komsomolets (Youth League) faction in CCP which was a radically pro-Western (pro-American) fifth column. For the most part it is over now and Xi solidified his power with far reaching strategic ramifications. Mr. Hu, however, was a direct offspring of the Chinese Komsomol. So, the whole event was emblematic, no matter how one views it. Ramifications are simple though, China now openly admits the possibility of the military solution around Taiwan and that means a serious geopolitical split for the US which is already now out of resources. 

That brings us to the issue of 101st in Romania. I think the United States has been put on notice by Russia that Syria and Ukraine are not the same game. Unlike illegal occupation of parts of Syria by the US, Odessa is historically Russian city and in WW II Red Army, first defending it from Axis in 1941 and then liberating in in 1944  shed so much blood--it is beyond experiences of the American military. If, as some observes speculate, 101st is ordered to repeat Al-Tanf thingy with further "de-conflicting" scenario while maintaining some kind of "exclusion zone" in and around Odessa--they need to understand that 101st will be annihilated. I am sure this was conveyed by Shoigu to Mr. Austin and by Gerasimov to Mr. Milley. Unlike Blinkens or Sullivans of Biden's cabinet, no matter what one says about Milley--he is still a military professional and he has a grasp of such things. I repeat again--I can imagine what is being talked about when Gerasimov and Milley speak. I cannot imagine Lavrov communicating with this schlimazel Blinken without Lavrov chain-smoking because he has to talk to an amateur. Mr. Jourdain, that is.

Moscow and Tehran have struck a deal that will see the Islamic Republic selling 40 domestically produced gas turbines to Russia, Reza Noushadi, the CEO of Iranian Gas Engineering and Development Company, told the Iranian oil ministry’s news agency Shana on Sunday. According to Noushadi, Iran is currently capable of independently producing “85% of … the equipment needed in the gas industry.” This capability allowed it to sign the contract with Moscow, he added. The CEO did not reveal when exactly the deal was struck and when the turbines are to arrive in Russia. Russian officials have so far not commented on Noushadi’s statements. The development comes as the sanctions policies of the US and its allies have hit industry ties between Russia and its Western equipment suppliers. Earlier this year, state energy giant Gazprom had to gradually reduce gas deliveries to Europe via the Nord Stream 1 pipeline due to technical problems related to servicing turbines.

Is it possible? Sure. Iran was in the oil and gas business since the start, so this part of Iranian industries surely has some competencies in extraction and processing and it is purely non-military peaceful technologies. We just need to wait for confirmation from Russia on that and on the nomenclature of such turbines, if the deal was, indeed, struck. As per Russia military industries, as usual Western intel failed miserably.  

Russia is about to greatly enhance its military arsenal, the country’s former president, Dmitry Medvedev, said on Monday, adding that output of tanks, high-precision missiles, drones, and artillery pieces is growing “multifold.” He made the statement after inspecting the production lines of Russia’s leading arms manufacturer, the Uralvagonzavod tank plant. Medvedev, who is currently the deputy head of the Russian Security Council, posted a video on Telegram showing him touring the production halls of the plant together with a delegation of government officials. The video also featured dozens of modern T-72B3 and T-90M battle tanks under construction at the facility, including ones that appeared to be in the final assembly stage. The official said he has repeatedly seen claims by Western analysts “that Russia will soon run out of military equipment and weapons.”

I see these claims all the time and my only suggestion to those who make those claims in the West is to throw away their useless degrees in social and political "sciences" and pseudo-economics, communications and "international relations" and get to some serious schools to study industries, technology, math and, maybe, try to get to some War Colleges, especially Army and Naval--that may help. Other than that, as I am on record for years--the West's crisis is systemic and that means it cannot be fixed without changing the system itself. I don't have the recipe for fixing it, I just know that this is the end. Enjoy your Monday.
