Good point about Kiev's NATO "general staff". The guys, who don't know what real warfare is, unless it is blowing up defenseless people. You cannot fvcking get a decent credit card without good credit history, you cannot get loan to buy house without credit history. When was the last time anyone looked at the US "credit" military history since WW II? What "credit" score is that?
