Sullivan Is Absolutely Correct...

... when speaking to ABC:

It is precisely because of that the US and UK are involved in the terrorist activity in Russia. Terrorism is a weapon of the weak.  So, the saga with Crimean Bridge continues, US stooges from Kiev killed two civilian people and left a little girl an orphan. The span of the bridge will be fast repaired and railroad traffic has already resumed.

Meanwhile scumbags from UN squeal:

So, what did they expect? In the end, this BS about "UN brokered" something has to stop. UN is a useless organization which today is nothing more than a platform for PR activity, it cannot broker shit without big honchos agreeing on something. This cabal of sinecure abusers in UN should be dispersed and present UN shut down as a seat of the corruption. The UN Charter should remain and it could be considered in the new global power arrangement. Consequently, the UN HQs should be moved to some country other than US. How about Hungary? What about Mongolia? I heard Ulaanbaatar is lovely in Winter. I mean it.

So, here we go again with PR activity on part of NATO and its stooges in Kiev which changes absolutely nothing in terms of outcome, and Kiev may expect some visits from unidentified Russian flying objects soon. Medvedev today stated what is needed to be stated and I stress it non-stop--the real war crimes tribunal is coming (it is in the works as I speak) and some interesting dynamics of coming indictments in relation to NATO officials and media whores is expected.

Here is the aggregate (as of today, July 17) Butcher's Bill for VSU and someone will pay for it, and I don't mean Kiev bottom feeders.

Those Maginificent Men...

My talking head:

I reiterate: verifiable numbers do not lie.

They Are Alarmed.

Le Figaro suddenly feels insecure by means of "intellectual labors" of Nicolas Baverez who declared France a "sick man of Europe". Well, that makes Turkiye happy, I guess. Now she has a companion.  Baverez writes:

Translation: CHRONICLE - While most democracies experience protest movements and violent episodes, France is an exception due to the proliferation of movements and the loss of control of public order by the State. The toll of the wave of urban violence that has swept through France since the tragic death of young Nahel, in Nanterre, exceeds that of the riots of 2005 and defies understanding. This outbreak of violence marks an undeniable acceleration in the process of disintegration of the French nation. Violence has transcended all limits, whether it targets property or concerns people. It is not limited to so-called priority neighborhoods, but contaminates the entire territory.

Ah, how cute. This dude, evidently, wants to reinvent France's XXs century history, much of it confabulated to cover up France's cooperation with Nazism, and the guy even calls on Macron, describing the shit which hit the fan in France, as an "opportunity" to reinvent France on the foundation of "manufacturing and innovation". Hey, Baverez, take you Ph.D. in history from Sciences Po and the French National School of Administration and throw it away in garbage, because it is pseudo-academic trash and only either a complete idiot or an Exhibit A of anomalous sublimity can hope that bank teller boy with ambiguous sexual preferences (how French) from Rothschild's org can do anything with what passes today for France.

French "intellectual" elite is pathetic and filled with pedophiles and perverts with Sorbonne degrees in BS. French economy is in shambles and if not for domestic nuclear deterrent, modern French Armed Forces are a joke. But in the end, France is not France anymore and her history finally caught up with her. It is not a pretty picture, but in the end--it doesn't matter: France is the US lunch and all those body moves by political midget Macron are useless--French society is utterly corrupt and could be lit up from so many ends for its self-destruction. This society voted for that, and it now must live with the consequences. This is how real life works, and if Baverez doesn't understand this--no surprise here. I have a recipe for France's survival, but they will have to bring guillotine back. Most of French elite will not like it, because it is the first candidate for dealing with the issue of dandruff by means of beheading.

When M.K. Bhadrakumar Forgot A Small Detail. Dmitry Orlov on NATO.

He wrote an excellent, insightful post on the issue of Germany and her aspirations. He makes an astute observation:

The hypothesis that the Anglo-Saxon axis is pivotal to the proxy war in Ukraine against Russia is only partly true. Germany is actually Ukraine’s second largest arms supplier, after the United States. Chancellor Olaf Scholz pledged a new arms package worth 700 million euros, including additional tanks, munitions and Patriot air defence systems at the Nato summit in Vilnius, putting Berlin, as he said, at the very forefront of military support for Ukraine.  German Defence Minister Boris Pistorius stressed, “By doing this, we’re making a significant contribution to strengthening Ukraine’s staying power.” However, the pantomime playing out may have multiple motives. Fundamentally, Germany’s motivation is traceable to the crushing defeat by the Red Army and has little to do with Ukraine as such. The Ukraine crisis has provided the context for accelerating Germany’s militarisation. Meanwhile, revanchist feelings are rearing their head and there is a “bipartisan consensus” between Germany’s leading centrist parties — CDU, SPD and Green Party — in this regard.

Bingo! After that he elaborates on the territorial issue--the ever-present Europe's malaise and precedes it with this guy's statement:

In an interview in the weekend, the CDU’s leading foreign and defence expert Roderich Kiesewetter (an ex-colonel who headed the Association of Reservists of the Bundeswehr from 2011 to 2016) suggested that if conditions warrant in the Ukraine situation, the Nato should consider to “cut off Kaliningrad from the Russian supply lines. We see how Putin reacts when he is under pressure.” Berlin is still smarting under the surrender of the ancient Prussian city of Königsberg in April 1945. ... Evidently, Kiesewetter’s remarks show that nothing is forgotten or forgiven in Berlin even after 8  decades. Thus, Germany is the Biden Administration’s closest ally in the war against Russia.
And here is this forgotten detail: Russians also have a very good memory, in fact it is better than that of Germany, enough to take a look at May 9 celebrations across Russia, and are keenly aware of Germany's wet dreams to "return" Kaliningrad, and follow Germany's militarization very attentively. Because of that, any Germany's attempts to instigate "cutting off" Kaliningrad will result in Germany ceasing to exist as a nation. Unlike Bundeswehr, which has been reduced to a toy force, Russian Armed Forces have all, and the best, tools at their disposal to finish German militarism once and for all. Which brings us to an excellent piece by Dmitry Orlov about NATO, where he explains WHY Zelensky was treated at NATO summit as an outcast and why Pentagon is very unhappy.

Dmitry arrives to the same conclusion as I do in terms of NATO weapons' "performance".
So, what did the Ukrainians do to raise the ire of the Pentagon so suddenly, and as a direct consequence, fall into disfavor with NATO? In short, the Ukrainians demonstrated that NATO's weapons are crap. Evidence of this built up slowly over time. First, it turned out that various bits of US-made shoulder-fired junk — anti-aircraft Stingers, anti-tank Javelins, etc — are rather worse than useless in modern combat. Next, it turned out that the M777 howitzer and the HIMARS rocket complex are rather fragile and aren't field-maintainable. The next wonder-weapon thrown at the Ukrainian problem was the Patriot missile battery. It was deployed near Kiev and the Russians quickly made a joke of it. They attacked it with their super-cheap Geranium 5 "flying moped" drones, causing it to turn on its active radar, thereby unmasking its position, and then fire off its entire load of rockets — a million dollars' worth! — after which point it just sat there, unmasked and defenseless, and was taken out by a single Russian precision rocket strike. This was sure to have seriously pissed off US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, whose major personal cash cow happens to be Raytheon, the maker of the Patriot. Yes, the Patriot proved useless using the First Gulf War, where it failed to protect Israel against ancient Iraqi Scud missiles; and it proved useless later on when it failed to protect Saudi oil installation against ancient Yemeni Scud missiles... but you aren't supposed to advertise that fact. And now this!
Exactly. Just to demonstrate what even latest Leopard-2 tanks are, find (easy to do) the photos of one or two Leopards with their turrets' armor snapping apart just from... the explosion of 152-mm shell nearby. It is downright breathtaking. Ah, this vaunted German quality and engineering. Do you want to ride into the battle in such a dud? Do you think latest Abrams will do better? Or can you imagine the impact of the burning Challengers on the fragile British public's mental state? There you go. Dmitry is absolutely correct: NATO weapons were supposed to be super-pooper, as even some fanboys on this blog's discussion boards try to profess, but poor poor dears--they still cannot grasp this simple truth that I stated a few years back:
And do not even start me on the issue of Field (Combat) Manuals and fighting doctrines. Read Dmitry's excellent piece in full and especially his deciphering of NATO post-summit communique. This is your Weekend primer.

OK, It Is Now Official...

... only morons serve at the highest positions in UK military.

The Royal Air Force is ready to “fly and fight” against Russia, the force’s new head has said, despite concerns over cuts to the military. In his first speech as Air Chief Marshal, Sir Richard Knighton told the Air Staff’s Global Air & Space Chiefs’ Conference that the UK was prepared to take on adversaries in the wake of Russia’s illegal invasion of Ukraine. He said: “What we need to communicate, so that our adversaries comprehend that we have credible capability, is that we’re ready to fly and fight and that they will lose.” However, it comes at a time where the state of the Armed Forces has been called into question owing to cuts across the RAF, Army and Royal Navy. Earlier this year, the United States warned that it no longer saw the UK as a top-level fighting force because of cuts made across the service.

And for once, the United States is correct. And it is not just cuts to already UK's toy armed forces, in particular its Royal Air Force with its whole 168 combat aircraft. No, it is the fact that RAF has exactly zero, zilch, nada pilots who have even a remote idea of how to fly and fight against the enemy with Russia's air force and air defense capability. Spewing BS is no substitute for capability and UK doesn't have any designed for serious and large scale air operations. On its own RAF is a second tier force which cannot fight against military superpower.

No matter how good the Eurofighter Typhoon is (I omit here F-35, which the US will forbid to be utterly discredited in real combat), but R-37 outranges its super-duper Meteor by two times. While S-400 can reach really far. But in the end, RAF combat experience, especially against dramatically dominant enemy with a wealth of air-combat experience and fully netcentric is about, hm, zero. Why those people continue to embarrass themselves and their service by spewing amateur BS is beyond me. Hey, even your ally does not take you seriously anymore. Yet, look at this guy.

He, obviously, is ready to die trying. Ah, wait, he is not even a pilot! Well, that might explain his confusion. But since it is Friday, let's recall the times when British have been genuinely funny and endearing. Where did the famous British humor and self-deprecation go? Friday, use as open thread.

Go at it...

Ania, Larry And Me.

Friday...

... is coming and Ania, Larry and me are doing the panel tomorrow. After that I don't have my plans straightened out, but I wanted to make sure that people understand the "cultural" issue which I try to convey for years. Before Nikita Mikhalkov sold his soul and talent to "Academy", he produced a masterpiece Friend to Foes, Foe to Friends in 1974 with immortal soundtrack by Artemyev. This piece when White Officer Lemke (played by Kaidanovsky) understands that new relationships based of friendship and honor, where Czarist officers thought they had a monopoly on, begin to take place among those they thought inferior is one of the most powerful moments in the movie and he cries... Not to mention a genius musical piece.

Lemke understands at 2:08 that he and his lost not just tactically, they lost metaphysically.

Fast Forward to 2023 and those who have been supposed to be servants and looked down as inferiors build the country which celebrates the greatest show on Earth for the graduates of Russia's schools

The scale of the event is absolutely unprecedented. But entering Lemke's and CIA's, MI6's and Western (pseudo)intellectual class' tears, one has to ask the question--what can they possibly offer other than Budweiser commercials and woke Hollywood?  Exactly...

Russian girls prefer real men, and Russian real men prefer real women and they want all this within Russian cultural framework. These are Russian (Moscow) graduates of high schools a couple of weeks ago. Do you see Lemke's tears rolling down his cheeks? Ah yes, it is Shaman with I am Russian hit.

In related news, another pedophile was caught at BBC. He will be saved by the system--normal people do not work in Western MSM. The West has no future, because it lost any sense of beauty and what matters.
