WaPo Does Actual Reporting ...

 ... for once.

But Kellogg is no dove on Russia, and neither is his offspring. Kellogg’s daughter is Meaghan Mobbs, president of the R.T. Weatherman Foundation and a graduate of West Point. The Ukrainians might not have a better friend than Mobbs. The R.T. Weatherman Foundation has been present in Ukraine since the start of the war. Its efforts include establishing and running a logistics hub on the Romania-Ukraine border and delivering more than 10,000 pallets of medicines, medical supplies and other aid to over 70 aid organizations and hospitals in Ukraine. Besides delivering aid, the foundation helps evacuate American volunteer soldiers fighting in Ukraine to the U.S. military’s Landstuhl Regional Medical Center in Germany, where they can receive specialized medical care. It also repatriates the bodies of American volunteers killed in combat.

How "surprising", not. And while some of DJT's domestic efforts could be lauded, he and his "foreign policy" team remain utterly unfit for serious geopolitics in the context of superpowers' business. Enough has been stated about Keith Kellogg already--a typical US general, militarily illiterate, with wowsing losing record and with feeble understanding of the geopolitical and warfare realities. There are no others in the US Army as the US generals' corps so aptly demonstrated publicly by constantly embarrassing itself in media.

Mr. Ryabkov reacted:

Speaking at a press conference on Monday, Ryabkov reiterated that any negotiations regarding the conflict could be held only on equal and mutually acceptable terms, reflecting the realities on the ground and Russia’s national interests. “Trump’s team, despite conflicting statements from both him and his people, has at least signaled interest in resuming the dialogue with Russia that was disrupted by the Democrats,” Ryabkov said. According to the diplomat, Russian-American relations were severely strained under the administration of President Joe Biden, which he accused of adopting a “hybrid warfare strategy” against Moscow. However, he suggested that Trump’s return to the White House could signal a shift in US foreign policy.

RT, however, as was the case with Mr. Lavrov's statements to the ambassadors from Africa, when RT completely ignored the main thrust of Lavrov's speech about the West, also "interprets" Ryabkov's words somewhat "freely". In reality Ryabkov's statement is much harsher:

"Неоднократно с нашей стороны говорилось о том, что они [отношения РФ и США] балансируют на грани разрыва"

Translation: "We have repeatedly said that they [relations between Russia and the US] are balancing on the brink of a rupture".

There is a huge fucking difference between "strain" and "rupture", but evidently RT thinks that it is free to interpret things the way they want, not how they are. But then again ... And yes, the US IS a party to the conflict in 404, it is directly involved while hiding behind the backs of 404 cannon fodder.

As Has Been Stated by Me ...

... on many occasions--there never was any plan re: 404. Now, consider this "envoy" guy Kellogg who lives in alternative military-political universe. Now imagine this representative of the Army which never won a war since 1945 going to do "envoying" business with Russians. Guess who Russians could have brought to listen to him. Let's start with people from the General Staff--so, can you imagine this amateur stating his risible casualties' numbers fed to him directly from Kiev? He will be laughed out of the room. Anything Russia related, especially SMO is beyond his league. So, what does Kellog do? Yep, he calls on Putin's resignation. Or as George cleverly defines Kellogg--a Cereal Killer.

Kellogg wouldn't be able to command a brigade in Russian Army, can you imagine if he ever meets Gerasimov or Rudskoi. They will look at him as a flea. Trump needs to find some competent people as his envoys, not some sore loser and BSer, if he wants to have any meaningful discussion.

Yalta 2.0 ...

... is possible only with victors--combined West is a loser in the war. Keith Kellogg's wet dreams about dividing 404 are directly from the WW II and Yalta 1.0 in which the US and GB were VICTORS. But then again--Kellogg is old, neocon and, most importantly, he is an American general which makes him not fit for any kind of real war activities. I make an excurse into wonderful London War Diaries of Mollie Panter-Downes to contrast attitudes in WW II and today. Recall famous Truman's inhuman remark: “If we see that Germany is winning, we ought to help Russia and if Russia is winning, we ought to help Germany, and that way let them kill as many as possible, although I don't want to see Hitler victorious under any circumstances.” This is how Anglo-Saxon "elites" think. And these are almost exactly the words of Minister Colonel Moore-Brabazon--it created a shitstorm among regular hard working and hard fighting British folks in 1941.

The more things change, the more they stay the same.

Keith Kellogg ...

... is an Exhibit A of military ignorance, characteristic of the US top brass.

The carnage in Ukraine has led to casualty rates “beyond World War II numbers” as the “industrial-strength killing” rages on the battlefield, the US special envoy for Ukraine lamented Tuesday. Retired Gen. Keith Kellogg was adamant that negotiations are the sole way to end the bloodshed and that President Trump is the “only guy” who can lead those deliberations.

1. This is what happens when your military education is based on watching Hollywood movies and skipping basic arithmetic classes. He obviously doesn't know the difference between roughly 65 to70 million killed in WW II and 1.5 VSU KIAs. 70 mil > 1.5 mil.

2. Trump cannot be the "only guy", because he as POTUS together with the US is a co-BELLIGERENT on the side of 404 in the conflict with Russia. The only thing he could do was to stop bloodshed in his first 100 days, he didn't. He thought he was smart--he is not. It is his war now.

He evidently understood it, hence his outbursts. Meanwhile, down the memory lane to 2023 with the first Patriot PAC3 "being slightly damaged". Classic--first shooting as much of a package as possible at something, then the arrival of Kinzhal and then uncontrolled shoot-off of missiles due to detonation.

A Little Demonstration ...

... of NATO's "operations" (mostly PR). The idea behind throwing these DRGs into Mirnograd is to ... correct--to stick the flag of some 404 formation, make photo of it and then sell this BS to public to show that 404 is still fighting and money and whatever puny amounts of the hardware NATO can provide must continue to flow to 404. The result is always the same.

Here is more.

Why I concentrate on this. After NYT's revelations in its long piece on deliberations in Trump Admin about debacle in 404 and globally, I was fascinated by the assessments provided by the Chairman of Joints Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine.

Now he reiterated that argument, and Mr. Kellogg broke in: “Sir, that’s bullshit. The Russians aren’t invincible.” The Joint Chiefs chairman, General Caine, seconded that: Russian forces, he said, were weak and incompetent. Yes, Pokrovsk might fall. But as U.S. intelligence agencies assessed at the time, the Russians would need up to 30 months to capture that entire slice of Donetsk. (In December, they would cut that timeline to 20 months or less; some White House advisers put it as low as eight.)

These are amateurs. Look at Caine's CV.

Air Force Gen. Dan Caine became the 22nd chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff on April 11, 2025. Previously, he was the associate director for military affairs at the Central Intelligence Agency. He has served in a wide range of operational, staff and joint assignments, primarily as an F-16 fighter pilot, weapons officer, member of the White House staff and special operations officer. Caine was commissioned in 1990 through the ROTC program at the Virginia Military Institute, and he has a master’s in air warfare from the American Military University.

That's American military edukeishn. Caine's original degree is in ... economics. I rest my case.

US Generals As A Meme.

Kellogg is an embarrassment not only because he is corrupt but because he is a sore loser who discredits already radically diminished US Army and the rank of the US officer.  Zapad-2025 and obsolete TOE and operational concepts. US Army officers have been invited to Belarus for Zapad-2025.

Danish Captain Obvious.

Andrei Raevsky With A Broadside.

The Saker also had it with BS which passes for "military analysis" in the US and fired a broadside both military and metaphysical.

I bumped into a Foxnews propaganda piece featuring a clown which, apparently, in some very distant past was a US Lt. General in the USA military, his last name is Kellogg.  I decided to give it a try and I have to say that I sat absolutely *transfixed* listening to him: according to him, Russia has already suffered a huge defeat at the hands of the Ukronazis and with NATO’s help the Ukraine can, and probably will, win this war. And both that “general” and the presstitute “interviewing” him delivered that crock of shit with great gravitas and appropriate facial expressions (angled eyebrows, the way the journos try to look very sincere).  I was expecting at least one of them to burst out laughing but, no, of course not. These two simply lack both the brain and the humor to realize how terminally stupid and ridiculous they both sound. As I have written many times in the past, US generals are much more “corporate CEO in combat fatigues” than real combat officers.  By Russian standards this guy would not even be allowed to clean latrines in a construction battalion.  A man who says with a straight face that delivering 20 Soviet era aircraft or S-300 to the Ukrainians will make a difference in this war is either a clueless civilian or a deliberate liar prostituting his (putative and now former) officer’s honor for a few bucks.

Read the whole piece, albeit I have a little disagreement with Voloshin's (I love Russian Symbolism poetry, Alexander Blok being my most favorite) poem application here because as I am on record (and not me only) for a long time--the bacilli of Nazism and exceptionalism spread widely in Ukraine and I, personally, will have any pity towards Ukrainian POWs only after they are cleared of war crimes. While there is no doubt that the bulk of those has been committed by Nazi and Territorial formations, VSU are by no means angels. There is an extensive record of them committing a variety of atrocities ranging from simple robbery to shelling Donbass civilians WITHOUT any coercion from Nazi element. Let SK, FSB and LDNR security deal with them first.

But most importantly, it may take generation if not many generations to deal with fanatical Russophobia widely present among many Ukrainians who are not even from original Banderistan in Western Ukraine but many were and are regular 404 civilians, who will continue to be the bearers of the most extreme nationalistic views and will continue to hate. Hence second political objective of the Special Military Operation--denazification. That will require more than just demolishing Nazi infrastructure in Ukraine, it requires a complete rethinking and even reconstituting of Ukraine before long term treatment could be applied. Overwhelming majority of the Ukrainian youth NOT from Donbass has been brought up as radical fanatics and sympathizers of Nazi ideas. Regular POW grunts of VSU are already treated under Geneva convention, they are well fed, provided with medical help, have places to sleep and are working already on clearing Donbass and Southern Ukraine's liberated towns and cities.

This massive magnificent building in Baku, known as Government House was finished after the WW II and everyone in Baku knew that it was finished by German POWs who worked in construction. It is a good example of how POWs can contribute to what they destroy. Not in Baku's case, of course, since Wehrmacht never made it to Baku, but many objects in the Soviet Union after the war have been restored by POWs. This is what takes place now in liberated territories in Ukraine. Those ukie POWs who will be cleared will be let go home, to their families. The rest, will see...

OK, Guys ...

... it is all correct, fine and dandy--and I am not being sarcastic--you are right on all points, except for WW II, of course, but it is a feature, not a bug in the US ...

But let me remind you something:

The first duty of the art of politics with respect to strategy is to formulate the political goal of a war. Any goal should be strictly coordinated with the resources available to achieve it. The political goal should be appropriate to one’s war-waging capabilities. To meet this requirement, a politician must have a correct conception of the relations of friendly to hostile forces, which requires extremely mature and profound judgment; a knowledge of the history, politics and statistics of both hostile states; and a certain amount of competence in basic military matters. The final statement of the goal would be made by the politician after an appropriate exchange of views with strategists, and it should help rather than hinder strategic decisions.

Trump is a showman who possesses zero qualities required of statesman, none of what is listed by Svechin as a minimum requirement, and as a result--no matter what is said, we are in the presence of a man-child afflicted by God-complex and utterly illiterate in military affairs and warfare, as is the case for the West's militaries on the so called "professional" level. There ARE NO strategists in the US on any level even remotely approaching levers of power and influence. The faces of American "strategists" are illiterate Keane, Kellogg or Petraeus. Carlson and Bannon better understand that and not agonize over a downright moron who finally adorned the White House. At least Biden had an excuse--he was a (barely) walking corpse. This is a process of unbecoming of a whole country which is nothing but Israel's slap-bitch. Support your local Christian Zionist, they wish you well, America.

Kellogg Goes To 11.

There never was any "plan", because it cannot exist--the only plan is to surrender or be beaten into utter humiliation. 1st Cavalry Division "training". Commodore makes only one mistake--damn the torpedoes, go to Zircon.

When Even People Like Kellogg...

... get it, should we continue this useless discussion about "non-terrorism"?

Terrorism is a weapon of the weak. And it was terrorism pure and simple--totally expected from Washington, London and their tools from Kiev's regime. Rules of war? Nah, not for lowlifes from London.

Ouch!

It is clear that we are beginning to live in the wake of Moscow's Summit, which may well be defined as historic. But get this:

Translation: NIZHNEVARTOVSK (KhMAO), March 22. /TASS/. Russia intends to create its own, alternative energy supply system, which will be beneficial to almost the entire population in the world. This was stated by First Deputy Minister of Energy of Russia Pavel Sorokin during the plenary discussion "Image of the Future: Forecasts and Opportunities for the Fuel and Energy Complex" of the 6th International Youth Scientific and Practical Forum "Oil Capital". "We both sold and will continue to sell [energy resources] and remain reliable partners. To live - everyone will live. But this is a great chance for us and 7 out of 8 billion people on the planet to create an alternative system [of energy supplies]," he said. "We have seen that logistics routes have increased greatly. The oil transportation system that has existed for the past 50-60 years has been broken. The market economy always strives for the most efficient state, minimizing logistics costs, routes," Sorokin added. According to him, the Ministry of Energy considers the situation with the high cost of delivering Russian oil to foreign markets to be temporary, the cost of freight will change downward.

In reality, however, this trend was only one of many trends on Russia's decoupling from the West, and now that the Power of Siberia-2 received a huge boost the FUD crowd from Honk-Kong's own South China Morning Post started to spin.

China, Russia gas-pipeline statements raise questions on Power of Siberia 2 progress

Let me explain who those "analysts" are--those are primarily boys and girls with degrees in economics from Western schools and who are desperate now observing not just decline, but ongoing collapse of the combined West and understanding that their (lack of) skills, education and careers become absolutely meaningless in the emerging world based on tangibles, REAL economic development and geopolitical trends which all those "analysts" cannot grasp, because they were taught, basically, a pseudo academic shit. It can be stated very clearly that most Western "geopolitical risks assessments" are worthless garbage detached form the reality.

Now, where are we going from here? Simple, everything alternative from finances to energy. Remarkably, the more combined West protests and tries to sabotage it, the heavier the economic and geopolitical consequences for it are. A classic no win situation, zugzwang, Catch-22, or damned if you do, damned if you don't. This is what General Kellogg calls "ACME professionalism". With generals like this... I think many of those American generals learned how to pronounce words Strategy and Operations, but in reality they do not know what those words mean. I do not exaggerate. It is now about 7 out of 8 billion people who deserved and want a better and peaceful life.

Zapad-2025 Concludes.

Here is the summary from the ground part)

But this is for the average Joe's (or Ivan's) consumption--the most interesting thing is not seen by average people, it is what controls all that which matters most of all. Systems of battle management of the latest generation such as "Svod". The appearance of the US military there is not accidental, it is not just the part of a very delicate diplomatic dance between Russia and the US, but also a genuine desire of the US military to see at least some tactical manifestations of lessons of SMO.

The real scale of Zapad-2025 was revealed by Vladimir Putin himself (in Russian):
41 Ranges, 100,000+ personnel, newest weapon systems et al. The scenario naturally is fully defensive. Meanwhile Kellogg and his ilk continue to embarrass the US Army by parading themselves as sore incompetent losers. I speak about it today in my video, which should be up shortly. But here is NATO's Air "Defense" in 404, Kharkov today:

Russia wrote a book on SEAD (real one, not hunting ancient AD systems from 1960s), including the removal of enemy's air force component from the skies. Will NATO learn? Nope.

Real Challenges For Trump.

Especially WHEN and IF he gets real numbers on everything in 404. Kellogg is a stooge as many American generals are per no less than American general, no less. So, do not blame me for this general confirming what I was saying for many years.

Being A Political Commentator ...

... for 30 minutes straight. Pay attention to Kellogg's "assessment" of SMO from 3 years ago--mind you, this guy commanded NATO's Special Operations. He obviously has no clue about warfare, which automatically qualifies him for ... Trump's "special envoy for 404". Pardon my French, but this all is a fucking circus in the West. Embarrassing.

Colonel Lang Nails It.

I already wrote about all these talking heads US generals who pose as experts on Russia (they are not) and Vladimir Putin's "intentions".  Now Colonel Lang asks the right question:

As I am on record--independent military analysis is hard, especially in the midst of current US narrative about crisis in Ukraine, which is "packaged" into a wrap of mythological benign intentions by the US to see "the spread of democracy". So, all those generals and colonels with some very minor exception continue to propagate a narrative, not real analysis, especially against the background of their utter ignorance of Russia and how things work there.

I commented on some issues related to LDNR yesterday:

As for the forecast, VSU is doing what it does always--"digs in" by means of positioning its assets in civilian sectors, up to moving some equipment literally into the houses of civilian population in occupied by VSU Donbass. But the reliable word is out and there is a serious demoralization on the VSU part because they recognize now the gravity of the situation for them. Will they attack LDNR now? Not impossible, the regime in Kiev understands now that the process of Ukraine's crumbling has started in earnest with OR without Russian "invasion". At this stage the only use for VSU is their slaughter by LDNR militias and Russian Army in case they attack (they continue to shell civilians) and delivering TV "picture" to the West. This is the extent of the West's military "capability" against Russia. It is really not about Ukraine.

Well, Because ...

... morons try to "analyze" the obvious.

Why the U.S.-Russia Ukraine Talks Failed

Because they are not "talks", morons. They are dictating the conditions for capitulation of the West and the US trying to avoid a wholesale humiliation. Russians provided offramp for the US constantly during this 2025, a whole duration of Trump 2.0. But with the "advisers" such as Kellogg and other US generals who spew amateurish BS at FOX (Trump watches FOX) what do you expect? This is not to say that Witkoff and Kushner didn't enjoy their stay in Moscow--what's not to enjoy?

Per Kushner being there--I elaborate on that in my today's video which should be up in an hour or so--it is about both Israel and globalist Jewish capital. Somebody among those people finally recognized that delayed by the US by 80 years reckoning for Western Europe is here and with it the death of the safe haven for capital. It is a complex game, and one may ask--why not in the US. Well, I have some bad news--the US itself is unstable and bankrupt. So, where to park this capital now? China? Sure, but again--who knows. But what entity is stable and prudent, and emerged victorious from the titanic clash with the combined West? Here is your answer. Per Israel--Russia can provide Israel some sort of guarantees ONLY on the bases of establishment and recognition of Palestinian State, so--no go. But it doesn't mean that Zionists will not stop trying.

My friend Commander Farinazzo tells you important thing:

The era of grossly overstated West's military prowess is over. TOE from 1980s is NOT capable to fight TOE from 2025, period.

Run Laura, Run.

Laura Cooper, a classic product of the US degree mills:

Laura Cooper, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Russia, Ukraine and Eurasia, who played a key role in coordinating US military aid to Kyiv, has stepped down from her position at the beginning of 2025. Details: Cooper, who served in the Pentagon for more than 20 years, was instrumental in coordinating large-scale deployments of US military aid to Ukraine following Russia's full-scale invasion in 2022.

Politico calls her "leading Russia-Ukraine expert". She is not--there are no anyone Russian "experts" in Washington anywhere near political and military top. Same goes for National Defense University because you cannot teach current US civilian and military corps, majority of which comes from a joke military schooling in ROTC and OCS and primarily with humanities degrees which preclude any fundamental in modern warfare, anything useful about war, military history and applied geopolitics.

But Laura, who undeniably is qualified for war criminal status, has a bigger problem--she may have a meeting with Trump's Justice Department due to her 3.5-hour long deposition to Congress:

In her last position at the US Department of Defense, Cooper established strong relationships with many Ukrainian government officials. According to Politico, she is regarded in Kyiv as "an honest broker in negotiations". Cooper first gained media attention in 2019 when she was summoned to Congress to testify about former President Donald Trump’s attempts to pressure Ukraine into investigating Joe Biden. Her testimony focused on the delay in providing Ukraine with US$400 million in military aid allocated by Congress for training purposes. She stated during the hearings that the funds were "held without explanation" and US officials "began to raise concerns about how this could be done in a legal fashion". Pentagon and State Department officials who worked closely with her, speaking to Politico on condition of anonymity, expressed fears that she might face persecution during Trump’s presidency for her testimony and ties to Biden-era Ukraine policy.

But then again. Trump is all talk and very little action. At this stage it is difficult to even imagine how one can right the ship of the American statehood without radical cleaning of the Augean Stables, as you all know--Hercules' Fifth Labor, so far little indication that Trump can do it.

P.S. Evidently General Kellogg postponed his visit to 404. I think he should postpone his visit to Moscow too--he has no business there until Washington fully comprehends the scale of the events.

About This Candace's Video.

As you know, about 7-8 months ago I declared that I lost any corporate solidarity with the US military, especially after witnessing a wave of war crimes committed both in Russia and Iran by people "trained" and provided for by the US military. Having said that:

It is not JUST because this American soldier was suffering from his wounds, for Russians, especially doctors, he is first and foremost a human and a wounded soldier second, albeit it is a serious consideration, of course, because corporate solidarity (I cannot have any solidarity with Hegseth or Kellogg) or not--he is a warrior who suffered and his suffering was supposed to be stopped. Russian doctors did their job. They always will. It is normal, Russians treat even VSU wounded well, unlike it is the other way around, where some Russian wounded POWs have been operated upon without anesthesia. Guess where this came from?
