 ... no, not Ministerstvo Oborony, but Modus Operandi. Desperation is a powerful emotion and when combined with Pentagon's military ability primarily in media environment as opposed to actual ground--one gets this. 

Like a drug, one constantly needs some media "victories", which can for a day or two keep narrative going. Well, they tried today. 

Ukrainian forces numbering 300 soldiers and 30 armored vehicles have attempted to cross into Russia’s Kursk Region, the Defense Ministry in Moscow has said. Half of the enemy armor has been destroyed so far, according to the ministry.

And, of course, this half-battalion strong formation is being finished off as I type it. They killed civilians though, two of them. People ask me now (I am not kidding) who the fuck plans this shit--is it VSU alone or together with great "strategists" from D.C. and London? I think--both. They need "to do something", especially when Toretsk is crumbling... even sappy sentimental supporters of 404 from NYT cannot deny it:

Ah, poor-poor dears, maybe by now they begin to suspect that this war is not about territory, which will fall to Russia the way Russia wants it anyway, not to some clueless cretin, or group thereof, in D.C. It is about "demilitarizing" in its most crude and effective form--killing the enemy. Russia didn't want to do it, she was forced, but this is what it is now. And so good ol' boys and girls in NATO capitals try to play true believers in their own BS. But somehow, conviction seems the last thing on their minds. The numbers of UAVs and loitering munitions Russian forces receive monthly is staggering--it is beyond the combined West's industrial capacity. The video shows the work of Lancets today...
