I Am Sure It Is A Really Good Idea.

Which will advance the cause of "human rights" really far. In fact, so far that we may never see it over the horizon ever again.
Yes, what can possibly define great education better than being busy "fighting for the rights", you know, like not getting an education. As I stated many times, Seattle is increasingly becoming a raving mad cesspool of weirdos, such as this "professor":
“You need to encourage and demand professors to accommodate their black students during this time. If UW truly understands our pain, UW will be a part of alleviating it,” the petition states. Nicole McNichols, UW Psychology Professor told Campus Reform that she supported the move. “Obviously, I support the petition and absolutely believe the accommodations it requests should be honored by all faculty. Students need all of the support and compassion we can afford to give them right now.” The email sent by McNichols to her students reads: “First, the remaining homework chapters are being put into review mode. Everyone will receive full points. Second, I have decided to drop everyone’s lowest exam score. This means that you may opt-out of taking Exam 3 if you just don’t feel up to it, (or if you [are] happy with your scores from exam 1 and 2).”
Here is this lunatic, who also pushed for watching porn as a part of her "curriculum":
She is very enthused about sex (I wonder why) and that is how she is being described:
Your first week in PSYCH 210, Diversity of Human Sexuality, you might know to expect. Rumors about watching porn in class (which happens around week five) zip around UW social circles but beyond that, most students go in blind. Around week two this quarter, professor Nicole McNichols proclaimed the class was going to watch a documentary that “she absolutely loves,” a 50-minute video on the G-spot (which is actually named after a man). But McNichols’ bubbly attitude to all things sex is what makes her class what it is. At 720 students, PSYCH 210 is the largest and most popular undergraduate course at the UW. Packed into Kane 130, it takes a lot for McNichols to stand up in front of that many students every day and talk about sex toys and fetishes. McNichols has taught this class every quarter for the last five years and loves it.
So, basically this "professor" teaches dildoing and BDSM and students love it. What's next--course in peeing and shitting? Why not. Anything is possible in the world of US universities which employ obviously mentally compromised (and probably not fvcked enough by real dick) perverts with Ph.D in BS and one doesn't have to be a psychologist to recognize that. I am sure UW enjoys a reputation for steadily turning into asylum, but I think this, once respected, school needs to double down and commit research into new genders and into the human-animal sexuality. I am sure students will love it. While at it, I also propose to offer Ph.D courses in "fighting for human rights" (all credits are received remotely by providing time-sheets of being on the street, extra credit for vandalism and robbery) and in playing video games...Oh wait.
Boy, I wish I could get a Ph.D in e-sports. I was actually very good once in Wolfenstein 3D:
I am positive, me missing out on this important degree, together with the course in dildoing and sexual fetishes dealt a massive blow to my self-esteem and contribution to civilization I may have made in the field of practical insanity. But then again, in the world where lunacy is defined as bubbly personality and "human rights" are just a second away from turning into wholesale crime, one should not forget that we are already in 1984, we are just waiting for it to be announced officially. In the end, graduate degree in robbing stores sounds so enticing.

Deep Sadness. Vale Jon Hellevig, RIP.

You see in my blog-roll Awara group. It is with a deep sadness and sorrow I learned that its heart and mind, Vale Jon Hellevig has died. I am really speechless to see one of few voices of truth on Russia to go so early and so... I re-post here a piece from Saker's site on Jon by Gassan Kadi. Such a tragedy...RIP, Jon.
-------------------------------------------------------
When our friend The Saker asked if either Intibah or I would like to write a necrologue for Jon Hellevig, we both felt we couldn’t give the request enough justice, because we didn’t know Jon enough. But as I decided to take the lead here and write it in my name, with Intibah’s help, I realized that I knew Jon enough to honour his legacy by relaying my short sad and sweet experience with him to my readers.
Jon was initially a Facebook friend whom we ‘met’ over the fight for Syria’s sovereignty and independence. When Intibah and I decided to visit Moscow in the spring of 2015, arrangements were made to meet in the flesh. And after a long and tedious flight from Hong Kong and a taxi trip to the hotel, Intibah noticed him sitting in the lobby waiting for us.
As he stood up to shake our hands, I felt dwarfed by this imposing gentle giant as my height could hardly reach his shoulder, and quickly, we took our luggage to the room, put a band aid on our flight fatigue, and went out with him for a walk around central Moscow. We had a wonderful evening together and he insisted to pay for dinner.
Jon was excited not only to see us, but it was the first real warm spring day in Moscow. The traditional Russian winter lockdown locked up his free spirit and made him feel imprisoned in a cage, as he put it. He loved spring and what it symbolizes, because Jon was full of life, full of ideas, positivity, and wishes for a better world.
The last thing I imagined back then was that only five years later I would be sitting down writing his eulogy.
In writing this, I don’t only want to mark my respect to a dear friend, but I also want to express the grief I feel, as this may help me self-heal and fill that deep sinking hole that his untimely death has created in my heart and soul.
For more than the five years since we met in the flesh, Jon was my mentor even though he was seven years my junior. I looked up to his vast knowledge and wisdom at many levels. He was a deep thinker with an amazing intellect, and extremely good with numbers when it came to economics; the real economics of the world. He was also Intibah’s mentor on ‘forensics’. Intibah’s unofficial professional title is the ‘forensic journalist’, and she and Jon worked together on many ’investigations’.
Jon loathed injustice, spoke strongly, fearlessly and vehemently against oppressors of all sizes. He spoke so openly that he lost many ‘friends’ along the way because diplomacy was not a forté with which he was blessed. Quite the contrary in fact, if he thought one was stupid; he called him stupid, moron, idiot, and he did not shy away from using more colourful language, and often made me laugh as he did; and this was because when he resorted to such language, it was justified and in him doing so, he expressed my angry side that I often keep the lid on.
He loved Russia. He adored Russia and chose it to be his home even though he was Finnish. He travelled extensively in Russia whilst he lived in Moscow, he absolutely loved the Black Sea region; especially Sochi. He made many trips to Donbas to see what was happening on the ground with his own eyes. And a few years ago, he met another great friend in India, Arun Shrivastava. Sadly, Arun passed away not long after leaving behind an important manuscript he wrote on the role of nefarious NGO’s. Intibah and I worked with Jon trying to salvage his work and have it published, but the single original copy of that work instead reached the hands of a former ‘friend’ who promised to have it translated to many languages and published. In hindsight, all he actually wanted to do was to put his filthy hands on it and make sure it never sees the light. That was such a disappointment for Jon and us. It is such a travesty that Arun’s work was confiscated by that slime of a human… I seem to be picking up some of Jon’s vocabulary already.
This year, sweet Jon did not get his spring. The COVID-19 lockdown locked up his heart and mind and sent him into deep and agonizing depression. For many people, this is something they can tolerate, but not for a soul that thrives on light and freedom. The flower was not allowed to blossom. Flowers do not grow in the dark.
Jon was no stranger to depression, and before his heart stopped, Intibah and I felt from his writings that he wasn’t well. We spoke to him on the 17th of May for over an hour. He was touched to hear our voices and to know that we cared for him and loved him. His pain was impossible to hide, but so was his hope and intention to come and visit us soon when this kerfuffle was over.
In the conversation, he made reference to similarities between himself and Kafka. I didn’t know much about Kafka and I am not going to pretend to be an instant expert on him after a quick Google job. But that analogy reminded me of my mother who lived the pain and suffering of French poet Lamartine for her entire life. And speaking of Lamartine, how can one forget Edgar Allan Poe? Such is the case of gentle souls.
We were planning to speak to him again, but didn’t want to inundate him with calls enough to make him feel we were worried and raise his concern. In hindsight, we wish we did.
We still don’t know where and when Jon’s body was ‘discovered’ as he lived alone. What we do know is that he died on the 26th of May of a heart attack at the prime age of 58 with still so much to give.
It is such a tragedy to realize that dear Jon was an inadvertent victim of COVID-19. The lockdown stifled his free spirit, and his heart gave up, because Jon lived up to his principles in every part of his body and mind. Pretence was not in his dictionary.
Jon my friend, forgive me for I cannot attend your funeral, but with these words, I let you rest in peace. Farewell.

So, Candace Is Now White Supremaicist.

America goes completely berserk.
So, one of the most articulate and brilliant women in US politics today is now a "white supremacist".
Candace, you are a great credit to women of any color everywhere. In real political universe you would make a great political leader. Well, actually, you already did. And, girl, unlike many of them, you also got real balls.

Made My Day.

A progressive urban plankton gets a karmic brick up his tolerant window in a poetic justice which seldom feels so satisfying.
What can I say, the dumbass doesn't even understand that he is not "on their side". No worries, he might still come around once he will have a shit beaten out of him, or mugged, preferably with no police around to help him--after all, the current slogan on the streets (and in Hollywood with its media) is to de-fund the police.

This Is How Real Geopolitics Works.

Here are today's quotes for oil.

For people even remotely acquainted with energy issues and Cold War 2.0 (I suck at the former and have a clue on the latter) it shouldn't be a surprise to recall that Russia, a producer of Urals brand of crude, has (and had for a long time) her budget calculated with the base price of barrel of her crude of around $40. A year ago, ever-wrong Bloomberg--so, you see my conundrum here, it is near to impossible to find competent and objective observers of Russia in the US, so I have to get whatever I can--noted when reporting on Russia's balanced budget:
That was August 2019. Something tells me that these were not sanctions Putin was preparing Russia for--Russia lives under sanctions non-stop pretty much all her modern history, so there was very little strategic change in the way sanctions apply--slightly more, slightly less, who cares. My point is completely different here--feel free to browse my writing in this blog this year leading and during this whole oil prices snafu. As was stated--Russia did anticipate an implosion of oil prices and was ready for it way-way before the shit hit the fan, and that means Covid-19 too. And that, once one sees Russia de facto reaching today her very comfortable crude prices, while keeping US shale oil, and Saudis, under her thumb, tells about, pardon my pathos here, superb strategic planning and forecasting at Russia's top political level.

Of course, strategic planning is like that Electronic Countermeasure Thingy--that is if you have enough power to do so (hint: nobody has)--you can drown in noise pretty much a whole frequency spectrum in which combat electronics worked, works or will work. That will be not only modern iteration of Lope De Vega's (or if one wishes ancient Greek's fable) famous play of The Dog in the Manger, where one doesn't use whatever is at his disposal but also doesn't allow this whatever to be used by others. It is stupid, it is extremely energy consuming and in the end you suppress your own capabilities. But, of course, there is another way and this one goes way beyond Electronic Warfare, where modern ECM and ECCM systems detect, identify and counter almost instantaneously any kind of threat in a narrow frequency band. This applies to pretty much everything in life and is known, of course, as OODA loop. Ah those Observe and Orient truisms, when Colonel Boyd was writing about it he, of course, meant that whoever does this OO routine is observing and orienting oneself within reality. This art, however, as I preach for years, has been lost in the US for a long time now, while in other quarters this art transitioned as an organic part into the fully blown establishment dealing with this Observing and Orienting. No, it is not just intelligence alone, albeit it is part of it, very important at that, it is a whole complex of state and even private institutions who look dramatically different from the inside than all of the US think tankdom which is designed for merely one purpose: through providing sinecures for all kinds of characters from US military-political-intelligence and even business top to push all kinds of political agendas by means of "research" which, depending on who finances it, may, often does, arrive to mutually exclusive conclusions.  Iraq's WMD, you know, cough-cough....

I vividly recall triumphalist declarations in all kinds of US compost media ranging from said Bloomberg to NYT, to all kinds of neoliberal globalist rags, on how Russia is about to go broke and Putin is going to lose his grip on power and how riots are about to break out in Russia, so you get the gist of this narrative, another false one in a long-long record of US media and "analysts" who do not seem to be able to get a grip. At that time, however, few paid attention to a rather calm and nonchalant predictions of Russia's energy minister Novak that things will come back to normal for Russia (and this normal is around $40 per barrel) really soon. Well, looks like Novak and this ever "losing popularity" Putin knew better. I will go out an a limb here and even propose such a ridiculous (not really) idea that Russians knew the essence of the game very-very early. Sometime early last year, I guess. And here is the point, yes, there is Moscow Stock Exchange, but it is primarily for as bunch which stole things in 1990s and nobody really gives a flying fvck, including Russia's government, about what is going on at Moscow's Stock Exchange. Feel the difference with the Western World? Yep, it is all about reality. And reality is such that Russian "liberda", which is a pretencious copy of American moneyed class, lost it big time.

Make no mistake, most of them are losers by definition and they exist only because Russians are civilized people and decided that they indeed reached the limit on revolutions. But get this:
This is today exchange rates for Ruble and this is in a stark contradiction to all those domestic and foreign "experts" who predicted Russia's demise with all that follows, like Ruble to USD as 200 to 1. For people, who have never been trained in real analysis and in a development of information into knowledge, the fact that, even with the start of oil wars and then "attack" of Covid-19, there was no rush of Russians buying foreign currencies, such as was the case in every modern Russia's crisis since 1990s, should have been the most important observation. But no, who observes anything when one can create own unicorns-run universe and orient oneself in it, instead of facing hard cold reality of a serious geopolitics which is formed by cold reality of power-balance which rests on the foundation of the sound economic theory. Even in 2007 the United States had a chance to change the world. It failed to do so because, as history shows, it can not learn even from own brilliant men and women. But I repeat myself. In conclusion, I increasingly begin to arrive to the point of view expressed by Karen Shakhnazarov that the whole "oil war" thing was conceived not by Saudis alone, but with the US blessing. We all know the result, don't we. It was forecast and anticipated in Russia.

I Understand Tucker.

But I am on record for many years that US "elites" are not only incompetent, most of them are cowards, across the board.
One of the items which really attracted my attention today was this. Oh, I know, it is Russian "propaganda", but still--this is Miami Police showing "solidarity":
This is so reminiscent of one relatively recent event, that it is almost creepy. Remember, 2014, Kiev, Maidan, "Revolution". Here is Ukraine's riot police, being "politely" asked to kneel and ask for forgiveness. I, believe this particular event (among many similar ones) took place in Lvov. (or Lviv)
So, for Miami Police I have a message--you do not carry out your duties, choosing instead virtue signalling, like "solidarity" with domestic terrorists and thugs--you will get on the knees in the end, and not by your own volition. I know, I know, US political class being cowards and wussies that they are, most of them anyway, or, altogether being instigators of this outrage are not capable of normal governance. Of course, the jokes about Maria Zaharova and Ryabkov flying to US and beginning to distribute cookies and muffins for American "democracy movement", like Vikki Nuland did in 2014 in Kiev, are very popular currently in Russia:
Nuland at Maidan
But (bitter) jokes aside, as I stated many times, US is ungovernable and the root cause of this, all economic and other very important issues aside, for now, is in the policies of Democratic Party, DNC and most US Main Stream Media. GOP can create only revulsion in normal person and the percentage of truly decent people from this Party in US Congress is approaching zero, but, even considering a definite and constantly growing economic disparity and war-mongering modern GOP perpetuates, it is precisely Democratic Party Establishment which since 2016 and launching of the Anti-Trump campaign is directly involved in seditious and treasonous activity.

This whole mayhem long ago stopped being about the killing of George Floyd, it is about de-stabilization of already barely standing country, undermining what's left (not much) of its political system, governance and state institutions. Recall, browse this blog, on many occasions I stressed--I have, as many of my peers from Soviet Union and from Soviet Armed Forces, some of them long dead, an experience in the collapse of the country. We were at the front lines, or rather running seams, then in late 1980s- early 1990s. The collapse could have been stopped, but Soviet "Party" elite, headed by coward and moron Gorbachev, was so incompetent that it couldn't even react properly and use force accordingly. This whole thing reminds me of that, in fact it is so reminiscent of those times, that it is getting very uncomfortable. I can tell you more--US political class is even stupider than Gorbachev and his cabal. US Main Stream Media is a human compost, which thinks that when shit will truly hit the fan they will be spared. They are wrong. During 911, NYC was a city united in tragedy and people were helping each-other, let editorial board of NYC, as an example, navigate city divided. Hopefully, this will not come to this.

The United States is done (it was for some time now) as a "shining city upon a hill", the main issue today is merely if this could be contained more or less, and how fast this country will turn into a third world shithole, a destination it is heading to with an impressive acceleration. Well, the country where cops and somebody's guilt-ridden imbeciles express solidarity or beg for forgiveness, while their country is burning--chances of such a country surviving are diminishing with each passing day. But in the good news, stock market is doing great! While great democratic hope and specialist in urban combat tactics, law enforcement, firearms and huge experience in the line of duty, Joe Biden suggests:
Wait, Joe never served a day in any armed capacity in his life? He never faced a bogey with a weapon, especially shooting at him ever? So, he doesn't know the difference between safety of a firing range and the street? Yep, he doesn't and never did, so I guess Joe's advice is as good as his mental faculties. I may not like Trump, but he is right--The National Guard should be deployed en-force, Antifa--to be designated a domestic terrorist group, I wish some media were too, I know a couple who are into fomenting riots and troubles. Hey, FBI, here is a real interesting case for ya.  In the end, those bricks may turn out to be... Russian, right? And most importantly--the investigation into Russiagate must continue:
Aw, poor Rod. I wonder if all this mayhem has anything to do with exposing Democratic top as treasonous seditious organization? Hm.
On a more serious note, beyond the campuses of US universities infested with white upper-middle class students who study there nothing of value and who are one of the major brainwashed segments cheering (and participating) on the breakdown of law and order, beyond the mostly black hoods where drugs, incest and violent crime rule, there is still out there a silent majority (for now), which is thinking while looking at all that--I know it is, arms sales and applications for Concealed Carry skyrocketed in May, even among those who otherwise would vote Democrat. As I said, the root cause of a present mayhem is with DNC and its media machine and if the whole thing blows up really--I wouldn't want to be the one with the record of calling on what amounts to destruction of this country. On a lighter note:
One of the overseen gems of a comedy.

P.S. Meanwhile in a major addition to a circus that the United States has become, get this:
WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Five U.S. senators are to announce legislation on Wednesday to expand sanctions on Russia's Nord Stream 2, a natural gas pipeline that would increase exports to Germany but is opposed by many in Washington who say it would tighten Moscow's political and economic grip on Europe.
The question is not about sanctions on NS 2, that is clear that the US simply has no other instruments than blackmailing Europeans. The kicker is the title of the bill:
Protecting Europe's Energy Security Clarification Act
This is truly, sincerely hilarious. But Europe deserved it. Russia will do just fine even without NS 2.

P.S. Always loved Coeur D'alene. Love Idaho in general. Vacationed there many times. Love this town and inhabitants are not bad either;)

Russia Is So Immensely Powerful.

That these were Russian agents who arranged conceiving, giving birth, bringing up and then inserting Derek Chauvin into the Minneapolis PD  and arranging him effectively killing George Floyd, thus unleashing a mayhem in the US. Extraordinarily sophisticated operation. And once US cities exploded in rioting Russia started exploiting them to the fullest to undermine American Democracy. Same way as Russia undermined American Democracy in 2016 by electing Donald Trump POTUS. It must be true since Susan Rice, former National Security Adviser for Obama, says so.
OK, let's clear some things, Rice, whose role in unleashing Russiagate is yet to be determined by appropriate Law Enforcement agencies, wouldn't be able to have a clue, despite her position as National Security Advisor, because Rice is a typical product of US "elite-manufacturing" machine which in the last 30 years produced an outstanding array of swindlers, morons, creeps and ignoramuses. She is a typical American bureaucrat who grew out of US "diplomacy" school which is a laughing stock of the world and is a euphemism for incompetence and being pathological liars. Yes, this is how far this whole thing fell. So, considering her background, when she states that she is not "reading intelligence today" two things should be understood here, all that means is that she is not capable anymore to manipulate and fake "intelligence" as she did before, plus, she wouldn't know the difference any way because she has zero serious background in real intelligence or any other issues concerning US actual security. Enough to recall her lying which led to her withdrawing her candidacy for the position of the Secretary of the State

But she is not alone, Scott Ritter had it today with this BS in his excellent piece in RT. How could this boy Rubio stay away from all this:
The United States today functions in a never-never land of fiction and fantasy when it comes to allegations of Russian meddling in its internal affairs. Logically speaking, most Americans should be insulted by the notion that their democratic institutions are so weak that a half-baked social media campaign could sway a national election (never minding the reality that former presidential candidate Michael Bloomberg spent more than $500 million on advertising, run by the most sophisticated media support team in the history of American politics, and couldn’t get the electoral needle to move an inch). There is a truism that you cannot solve a problem without first properly defining it. In their effort to shift blame away from their own failings by alleging “outside” (i.e., Russia) sources of interference in the ongoing social unrest ravaging American cities, the politicians and leaders Americans look to for solutions are setting themselves up for failure, if for no other reason that any solution which is predicated on unproven allegations of Russian meddling isn’t solving the real problems facing American society today.
I entirely agree with Scott here. But as always I ask a question--where are competent people in this so called "elite"? There are none, no are there anymore courageous people with integrity. The nation which allowed itself to be mired for three years in one of the most stupefying, in its sheer cretinism, campaigns of smearing lawfully elected, however unsatisfying for some, OK, many, President based on "evidence" kindergarten kids would laugh at, why should we be surprised with the fact that none of those people have any answers to any problems. There are no people adequate to the challenge of addressing REAL problems anymore. Just these pathetic losers.
This is revolting, but this is America today. This is how the end for the country looks like. This is also how NOT TO solve issues of race in America. This is a direct path to undermining any possible, and now highly unlikely, fleeting dialogue on race, which was sabotaged for decades by the so called American "left", which is not really left but shills for neo-liberalism and perks which come with the territory of racial bating and pretending to fight for the "rights" of the minorities, while merely exploiting real problems for personal gain. After all, in this one we all see who and what are doing:
Trump had a good idea on designating Antifa a domestic terrorist group, which it is (and it is not antifascist movement) but considering a complete implosion of governing and US Main Stream Media being hugely, albeit not entirely, responsible for that, I think some of them are long overdue for being called what they are--propaganda outlets with no responsibility for their actions. Put the blood of innocent on them--that could be a good start. As for Chauvin, just throw the book at him. As per REAL class struggle and real economy:
Stocks were slightly positive Monday, steadying against a backdrop of protracted protests in some of the nation’s largest cities, many of which had already been struggling to reopen amid the coronavirus outbreak.
And who would have thought. I think those people in the last video need to be immediately taught what broad equities baskets and portfolio investments are and how to code and that will address America's problems right away. /S.
