Because they are incompetent, in London, Berlin and elsewhere in Europe, they think that this respite is going to help them. Even if it would have been coming, it wouldn't help. One cannot ramp up production, granted of obsolete crap they call weapons in NATO, or build an army. Judging by the state of UK and its degenerate political class of terrorists--it is over for them.
They continue to attack Russian civilians.
