Rostec receives many requests from foreign journalists. We respect the media's right to obtain information and try to respond if we can (after all, we're not making matryoshka dolls). However, sometimes this activity has little to do with journalism. No matter what we respond, the result will be the same: new fakes that have become part of the hybrid war against our country. Meet Christian Lowe from Reuters. He is a special correspondent for the agency, and until 2024, he was the head of Reuters' Paris bureau, and earlier, in 2015-2019, he was the head of the Moscow bureau. Lowe is known for his anti-Russian stance. He writes a lot about the war in Ukraine. He actively covered the famous hoax in Bucha. He is the author of sensational "investigations" about the kidnappings of Ukrainian children. In general, we think you understand the portrait of a propagandist. Recently, the "special correspondent" sent a three-page request to the Rostec State Corporation. It contains twenty-six (!) questions, behind which there is a clear intention: to talk about the "degradation" and other "horrors" of the Russian defense industry. We officially respond to Mr. Lowe and the Reuters agency: Everything is fine with the Russian defense industry. The growth rates that Rostec demonstrates can only be a dream for Western colleagues. No matter what your publication writes, the next propaganda myths won't stop our factories from working and our army from winning. We have nothing to add.

This creep, the graduate from Durham University (another degree mill from UK), reeks of MI6 asset and is nothing more than a couple languages-proficient parrot who cannot resign himself to the fact that the country of his origin is a military midget and is not even premier economic power.
