... the return to its roots as a capital of 404. By roots I mean a historic 404 from the17th century.
Those Russian communist achievements such as electricity, central heating, universal plumbing, industries et al which Russia gave 404 should be completely rejected by proud 404-rners, Russia merely helps them on their way back to the original 404.
