This Is Kazakh Band Motor-Roller From 2010.

I hope someone translates this song. It is prescient. It also explains Russian (Soviet) attitudes to war and life. Motor-Rollers still create (in Russian)

The lyrics of this song is so profound... It is the illustration of what I talk about all the time--what many in the West cannot wrap their brains around. They just can't. They don't know what war is. This whole thing is being played out now in 404.

Couple Of Media Points.

1. Larry Johnson posted yesterday a very good piece from his friend on Maskirovka and deception in Operation Z.

Deception. The Soviets were probably the greatest masters of battlefield deception that there has ever been. I recommend David Glantz’s book for those who want to make a real study of it and for those who want a shorter introduction I suggest this essay (“one is awed by the magician’s illusions of objects disappearing and appearing”). Some in the West may remember D-Day’s ghost army but, as far as I know, this was the only time the Western Allies did deception on this scale. As the references above make clear, the Soviets did deception operations on this scale all the time – dummy vehicles, faked tank tracks, silent movement, lights moving at night, loudspeakers making engine noises, feint attacks, radio traffic, carefully encouraging the enemy to see what he wanted to see; as House says, they almost always fooled the Germans. And not just then – the 1939 attack at Khalkhin Gol stunned the Japanese – “we had no prior clue“. One may be certain that the Russian Army has inherited this talent.

Read the whole thing at Larry's blog--it is excellent.

2. The Hill, ever neocon and exceptionalist rag, suddenly was afflicted by a bout of clarity and in an opinion piece concluded:

No shit, geniuses.  How about learning what actual economy is and how it operates. The author also makes another discovery.

Look at another paradox: Despite Russia being cut off from the world’s financial arteries, the Russian ruble has dramatically recovered through state intervention. But, as if to signal that Japan is paying a price for following the U.S. lead on Russia, the Japanese yen (the world’s third-most-traded currency) has sunk to a 20-year low against the U.S. dollar, ranking this year as the worst performing of the 41 currencies tracked — worse than the ruble.

In general, Russophobia is being made by Russia a very expensive luxury. But the author DOES give a sensible explanation on why Operation Z proceeds the way it proceeds.

Biden’s belief that “this war could continue for a long time” is backed by Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, who testified that he expects it to last years. But as the conflict drags on and the boomerang effects of the sanctions deepen the cost-of-living crisis, the divides in the Western camp will widen and “Ukraine fatigue” will set in. The West will be left with little choice but to negotiate with Putin to end the conflict, as predicted by Javier Solana, a former NATO chief who also served as Spain’s foreign minister. Such negotiations will be vital to halt Ukraine’s destruction and avert Europe from paying the main price.

You see, Russia CAN afford to be methodical and deliberate in her demilitarization of Ukraine, the West cannot--it simply doesn't have time. And that is the difference, a strategic one, between real economy and a virtual one. Nobody cares what Biden believes or what kind of, traditionally wrong, forecasts all those D.C. think-tanks produced, the reality "on the ground" has its own mind and those who do not understand it are bound to fail. Of course news like this:

China Calls Out U.S. Dollar Dominance As It Buys Russian Coal With Yuan

also send shivers down the spines of many in D.C. because all that is just the unfolding spectacle of the destruction of the US Dollar dominance. You see, one cannot accuse me of Russian rah-rah, all what I posted here is taken from the US sources. Repeat after me--reality is a bitch.

He Forgot To Clarify...

... that these brave "warriors" get pleasure only from wars in which they have the opponents armed primarily with AK-47s, RPG-7s and IEDs. That's easy. (Real) war, on he other hand,

where your unit is decimated by high precision stand-off weapons and then rounded up and dug into (buried) the ground by artillery and the remnants of demoralized and scared grunts are taken POWs after that--that what REAL war is. It is not safari, it is a mass slaughter, but then again, they should have told this and other dudes like him from many other NATO countries when giving them their "job description". Fire density, fire raids and shit like that. Hey, at least they could have listened to Iron Maiden's immortal Trooper. Good song, good song, plus Bruce, actually, got his graduate degree in history and is a world-class pilot and fencer...

In related news, here is an example of  tactical C2 by Russian forces in which Russian tank disposes of  VSU's T-64 based on recon in real time from drone.

They didn't even try to get their third guy. Russians got to him after that but said he was dying. I am not sure if they managed to save him, but you can be 100% sure that everything possible under circumstances to save him was done.

I will, for now, abstain from commenting on this Canadian general until I hear official confirmation (albeit, the probability is high that he was taken POW) but in related news, Pentagon, and their Shitstone County local drama theater amateur actor John Kirby, says that: They don't see any interest from Russian side to maintain any contact (in Russian). Who would, may I ask you?

Larry Johnson Continues Reviewing Of Jacques Baud's Thinking.

Larry elaborates, by means of Baud's thoughts, on the issue of this famous Ukie myth that they were fighting Russian Army for the last 8 years.

It is an important point, and this myth was sold to psychotic Ukie public and was amplified many fold by Western propaganda. No doubt, Russia did offer some assistance to LDNR in 2014-2015. But as VSU and many ignoramuses in the West who "planned" VSU assault in March of 2022 on LDNR, the assault which was forestalled by Russian Army SMO, the actual fighting with even numerically inferior Russian Army is a whole other story altogether. Only completely delusional people believe that BSU at this stage exists as well-organized and controlled force and not a collection of separate units with dwindling combat effectiveness.

As Larry correctly notes:

Think about this for a minute–if the Ukrainian Army could not defeat the militias in the republics of Luhansk and Donetsk over the last 8 years, how in the world is that Army going to defeat the Russian Army? It is delusional.

It is delusional. And so are the West's "planners" who thought that they can impose a long and costly war on Russia. As a good friend of mine, Bonnie Faulkner sent to me today. LOL)) I can confirm:

As you can see, Russia is dying especially dramatically today. On a lighter note. Russia opened a new bank for especially dense Europeans. You can transfer payments in this bank in any currency you want.

Just no complains about services rendered are allowed in this bank.

I Wanted To Go Into Studying Music...

... in a very basic way. But if you followed my writing and speaking you will recall how many times I spoke about rare but warranted occasions when parallels between countries and individuals, between their traits, could be drawn. Judge for yourself.

Do I need to comment on why I increasingly delve into the issue of narcissism? In my last book I referred to a number of psychology studies (e.g. Bill Clinton), when describing state-level dysfunctions.

There Are No Nazis In Ukraine...

... it is just that they are being taken POWs wholesale nowadays. But other than that, in accordance to US Congress, Pentagon and White House, and Western media, they are not there.

Look at this dude, he is obviously a cook or a driver and never harmed anyone. As per SS and swastika ink, hey, he had to do it for impersonating a Hitler soldier in his high school play. Olaf Scholz should be especially proud pushing for military support of Kiev regime. John Kirby probably will weep in voice from seeing such an upstanding Ukie "freedom fighter" being unjustifiably questioned about his humanitarian work in Donbass.

Here is Valdimir Putin tries to explain to this UN big honcho from, apparently, parallel universe, how the real wars are fought (in Russian):

And why not releasing civilians by Ukie Nazis (who, obviously, are a figment of imagination of Russians) from Azov Steel is, actually, not a war fighting on their part but terrorism and using civilians as a human shield. I am not sure, though, that UN Secretary General Antonio Gutteres gets it. He is from Portugal and despite being an impressive electrical engineer and physicist in his own right, he decided to dissolve his conscientiousness in the toxic environment of the morally decomposing and "woking" politics of European socialist movement, before involving himself in pretty much useless organization. Sad, really, when UN Chief has no clue and it takes Russia's President to explain to him realities on the ground.
