... on Thatcher (in Russian). Use google translate.
Thatcher's witchcraft continues to rule Britain. Right-wingers and libertarians celebrated the 100th birthday of their beloved Maggie with pomp. I have never understood the love for her of people who do not have at least ten million pounds in papers and property in London. I'll congratulate her too. On April 13, 2013, when Thatcher died, hundreds of thousands of Britons took to the streets. The song Ding-Dong! "The Witch Is Dead" (a song by the Wizard of Oz) peaked at number two in the UK and number one in Scotland. The north of England, Wales, mining towns, Scotland rejoiced at the death of a politician who changed their fate. It was not personal hatred, but a reaction to a structural upheaval: the completion of the post-war compromise between the upper class and the lower classes. Thatcher restored wealth to the elite, freeing them from social obligations. It did not revive the empire, but found a way to extract rent from it for several more decades.
Yes, that's the new rentier class in the West--incapable of creation and building anything, only being a parasite.
