Those are irresponsible arrogant ass-holes--that's who they are. They have a lot of money and no fucking brains and these owners contribute mightily to the constant climb of our insurance premiums and rates. I have no sympathy for them. This dubious pleasure of looking at the blue featureless horizon only to say that you have a house on the beach. Get them onboard USS Eisenhower and let them "enjoy" ocean and the view for, say, six months. They will fast understand how overrated the ocean view is.
