It all reminds of a favorite New Year theatrical play for kids in Russia in every club in every city and village, where some ruffian (often Baba Yaga) kidnaps Snegurochka and Ded Moroz begins to look for Snegurochka and cannot find her, while in reality Snegurochka is behind the Christmas Tree on stage and kids, the whole audience of them, begin to scream at Ded Moroz trying to help him find his kidnapped Snegurochka. But, of course, the plot is always the same--Ded Moroz is played by an actor and he knows damn well where Snegurochka is.

Of course, the scene of "rehabilitation" from Idiocracy comes to mind.

The presidential candidate I can vote for. Terry is incomparable in this role, from one of the greatest movies of the century. 

Come to think of it, the President Dwayne Elizondo Mountain Dew Herbert Camacho knew what his country needed to be saved. He recognized the guy who could save the country--a no small feat. This is more than current POTUS, or rather puppeteers who have their guiding hand up his ass, plus a bunch of morons who voted for him, can do. And so he is back with awesome program. He knows how to fix shit now(c) and this is the powerful message in the times when the country either fixes her shit now or it will be gone. In the end, I miss COSTCO's famous greeting at the entrance: "Welcome to COSTCO, I love you." Vote Camacho!

How To Destroy A Country.

For starters, many, me included, warned about it. Now it is being implemented on a state-wide level. 

Oregon Gov. Kate Brown privately signed a bill last month ending the requirement for high school students to prove proficiency in reading, writing, and arithmetic before graduation. Brown, a Democrat, did not hold a public signing or issue a press release regarding the passing of Senate Bill 744 on July 14, and the measure, which was approved by lawmakers in June, was not added into the state's legislative database until more than two weeks later on July 29, an unusually quiet approach to enacting legislation, according to the Oregonian.

There will be nobody to repel this insanity, because:

Firstly, population of the West Coast cities, where main voting power resides, are suffering from different kinds of mental abnormalities en masse and many of them, especially all those humanities "educated" do-gooders, have no a fucking clue about how real world operates outside their office spaces and coffee shops. Secondly, when allegedly "modern" country passes such legislation it is yet another sign of a severe regress, which is funny, since these destructive bills originate and are passed by a so called "progressive" community. There is nothing progressive about them and it seems that the United States is being rushed towards the abyss deliberately and it only accelerates. In normal country such a legislation would be considered a real threat to national security and counter-intel and investigative journalists would be all over the story and people who do this to the country. Not in the United States. The writing is on the wall, patients are in charge of the asylum. 

Don't count on GOP, they will sell everyone out as they usually do. The United States needs a REAL conservative party, and what is real conservatism in the 21st century is yet to be properly defined. Most of the American so called contemporary "conservative" thought is regurgitation of the same pseudo-scholastic BS, which allowed GOP to be infested with Neo-cons, Christian Zionists and Bible thumping "right wing" fanatics. Is the United States doomed? It is, certainly in the form it used to exist prior to the collapse of the USSR. As our very own (and brilliant) Vietnamese friend Tuan Doan succinctly put it:

The external pressure from the USSR kept the US in shape, even though gas pressure from rotting internal was present. The lost of external pressure bloat the empire and they are nearing a rupture. It's ironing that the fate of the last two empires on earth are twined.

That is the engineering approach I like. Can you explain this to a Queer Studies or Political "Science" majors? They just never learned, and now they will forget even basics. Idiocracy IS upon us.

Rick Beato is fighting a losing battle here. Albeit I support his fight wholeheartedly. Sadly, Rick never saw the Soviet movie Kin-Dza-Dza which foresaw a complete degeneration of culture and arts. This was 20 years before Mike Judge's genius portrayal of Western society in his Idiocracy. Here is how the future "art", namely super hi-end music sounded in Kinz-Dza-Dza. The song is a primitive urban folklore of early 20th century, aggravated deliberately in Kin-Dza-Dza by horrendously amateur fiddle and brutal vocalizing (read about the movie) and visit YouTube to see this clip. 

Now, Rick in a 30-minutes video explains that the modern pop-music is not even a music, which it is not, but a collection of few notes, and is primitive in the Kin-Dza-Dza style, which is a sign of a complete imbecilization of the society, especially its youth, which is subjected to relentless dumbing down every day. All this is not accidental, the final goal IS Idiocracy and, eventually, movies with bare ass being shown to public for two hours getting Oscar, while "music" consisting of two notes, or maybe one, dominates all media. It is a degenerate art and modern music is an Exhibit A of a complete loss of mental functions by modern youth, which is incapable of processing more or less complex information, be that music, words, images, let alone mathematical or physics concepts. This is Meat Generation, which has no future but virtual and actual slavery and slaves do not need cultural nourishment, their fate is to be consumers and toilers, and live as Robert Duvall did in THX1138.  

How did we get here? Simple, profit and cutting costs. Two primitive notes are easier to produce than 100 talented ones--just bottom line. It was already confirmed by Spanish researches that modern pop-music is devolving primarily in noise. Now people are trying to raise their voices on that. Let's start from the start--for mob, talent is not an issue, that is why most modern-day large pop-stars are talentless hacks. Real music survives elsewhere, not on the streets of modern West. It used to be different. Do you remember, then this was pop-music. It was music, and a great one at that, first, pop-second. And it touched billions and still does.

Today we still can travel to sanctuaries of a truly great music and musicianship which stuns, like this Russian fusion outlet of virtuosos led by insanely incredible Valery Stepanov. Enjoy, while you still can. Cultural Khmer Rouge are coming and they love their two note songs.

Higher ticket prices, temperature checks before boarding, and no inflight alcohol: Airline travel in the post-coronavirus era will look very different from the low-cost "getaway" trips of the past — and you should probably pack your lunch. Airlines are keen to see passenger volume return, and have been making significant changes to prevent the spread of the disease. In an industry that has seen a decline in traffic by 95 percent, and two airlines already forced into bankruptcy, the pressure to get it right is enormous. To start with, ticket prices are likely to be 50 percent higher if planes attempt to enforce social distancing, according to Alexandre de Juniac, the head of the International Air Transport Association, the global air transportation authority. Some airlines, including Delta and EasyJet, have said they would at least temporarily eliminate the middle seat in order to allow a safe distance between passengers and those who are not part of their travel party. Aircraft designers are also looking at installing plastic screens between seats.

Mike Judge should really consider making Idiocracy 2. But, in the end--it is all about squeezing every last penny from you. Traveling by car within larger regions of the United States seems increasingly attractive, not to mention the fact that much of air travel was non-essential to start with--a truck load of issues could be resolved today through videoconferencing. But in general, we are living Idiocracy.
