When people do not understand from the first time--second, third and fourth times are the charm. But then again, Russia may prepare yet another flight of Oreshnik, but has plenty of other options to strike whatever the target(s) it chooses. Washington now has to be trained by whip and ... the big stick. The only choice Biden's cabal has is to escalate to the nuclear threshold.
