... this dialogue (it is dubbed), it is from a legendary Soviet series 17 Instances (Moments) of Spring. It is only 12 minutes long, but in this 12 minutes (apart from the artistic level of the whole 1973 series which is beyond the grasp of Hollywood) it is fully demonstrated the abyss which separates Russians from the Americans in understanding of the war. Even the way it is presented in movies.
Why do I suggest this segment? Because of that:
This Russian General, Andrei Valerievich Kartapolov, stated yesterday what I was saying for the last 20 years. You don't need to translate this because I speak about it in my latest video which should be up shortly; and Wehrmacht General in the video speaks about it too. But I suggest you read Kartapolov's CV to understand the academic and experience abyss between Russian and US militaries.
