As you can see yourself, she is a classic case of being dumb as a stump despite her "impressive credentials", and if you take a look at this "fellow's" educational background you will understand why US "strategists" are a pathetic bunch abusing sinecures in all kinds of pseudo-academic think-tanks. 

She wouldn't understand a first thing about REAL strategy, warfare, governance and technology as wouldn't most of people from Aspen Group, RAND, ISW and other grant-consuming fraudulent establishments in the vast sea of the American think-tankdom machine of intellectual corruption and propaganda. But her butthurt and sore-loserism is shining through.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has held a phone conversation with his US counterpart, Donald Trump, Kremlin aide Yury Ushakov has told journalists. The American president initiated the call to discuss the latest international developments, he said. The conversation focused on the Iran conflict and the trilateral talks between Moscow, Washington and Kiev aimed at settling the Ukraine conflict, according to the aide. The dialogue between the two presidents was “business-like, open and constructive,” Ushakov said, adding that both leaders expressed their readiness to continue regular contacts. Putin and Trump talked for about an hour, he stated.
