... and drama, against the background of operational dead-end which some people in Pentagon suspect they are in. 11 years ago WaPo made a timid attempt at putting historic record straight but it failed to make a dent. So, the "planning for ground operation" is ongoing and it is going nowhere.
The yardstick is a wrong one ...
