US Public "Education".

Quotation marks are on purpose and don't expect me to say anything new what hasn't been said before. James Kunstler wrote today a piece on the "decline" (it is actually an implosion) of US education. He writes, justifiably, sarcastically about the while scam of US university (higher that is) ed. 

I have news for you: the colleges and universities are going down hard and hardly just because Covid-19 has interrupted their business plan. Rather, because of the stupendous and gross dishonesty that higher ed has fallen into. The racketeering around college loans was bad enough but the intellectual racketeering around fake fields of study, thought-crime persecutions, and an epic sexual hysteria has disgraced the very mission of higher ed, turned it into something no better than a sick cult, and infected the rest of the culture by seeding many institutions and business enterprises with cultist graduates bent on subjecting the whole of American society to a never-ending Maoist struggle session.

Well, most modern "fields of study" in the humanities field are a complete scam and have a negative (not just zero) academic value which subtracts from already feeble set of skills of psychologically unstable but sanctimonious, nonetheless, legions of young people with applicable professional skills of a birthday party pony for a kindergarten girl, let's not go into the evaluating the number of prefabricated ass-holes among them who will never become anything but losers incapable of self-reflection. And here is THE issue: yes, one needs to be broadly educated and language and literature are an absolute must, but whatever one thinks on localism and getting back to roots, which I support wholeheartedly, let's be honest--one needs people who know how to build machines. No machines, no survival, period. 

I am not going to dwell too much on the "level" of STEM in American public schools. Unless we are talk about some fairly exclusive schools, real STEM education on the level of K-12 in the US is basically non-existent. I am not talking about Khan Academy which could be a good primer for kids who actually want to learn, but the issue is much deeper--it is the whole structure, approach to those crucial years, usually between 7th and 12th grades which lay down the foundation for any true talent to emerge and be ready to progress to become truly productive in the field which provides for true national competitiveness. One needs an environment saturated with sounds and symbols of classic math, physics and chemistry. US public school couldn't provide that for the last 40 years, now--it is over. Key interaction in those subjects both between students and competent teacher and students are already being removed, and this is just the tip of an iceberg.  

Here is an example from Khan Academy on simplest trig. identities. 

They are filthy simple and are not a nightmare for any student who actually, unknowingly, should have been ready for that in 7-8th grade when studying (that's the point--if they studied) basic forms of factoring which simply has to be, in the end, memorized, such as square of the difference/sum and difference of squares etc. But this is not how factoring is taught in the US. And then kids, even a well performing kids, encounter this (which is a regular fodder for entrance exams in Russia for any decent STEM) and implode:

These are really easy things, but they are easy when they are taught:

1) systematically with ramping up complexity;

2) when students constantly are reminded on WHY they need this both for:

  a) future professional activity;

  b) for development of synapses which are crucial. 

This has never been done on a systematic level in the US and instead of generation of people who know that knowledge is a hard labor and who want to create, we all have got the armies of "free thinkers" and poets, and Queer Studies majors, who constitute the core of (stealing from Kunstler) Maoist crowds attacking, on DNC buck and with its guidance, every single pillar on which civilization rests. You say trigonometric equations and ANTIFA debauchery are not connected? Think twice: differential equations or theoretical mechanics are hard, Queer Studies and Feminism are easy--hence the free time for rioting. Of course, Mohamed Atta example could be used as an exception, after all the dude was an excellent engineer, but we are talking about trends, not narrow particulars or separate data points. 

 

So, here is my point--what is happening in the US today is, of course, a manifestation of a critical phase of liberalism's collapse and, with it, of the economic and ideological structure on which it relied. But let's not forget, that the change is being moved by people and, in American case, very ignorant and badly educated people. Moreover, American BLM-ANTIFA cabal is an uprising of Kreakls. Recall who those are. It is a "revolution" of lumpen masses who are "not essential" and, in fact, dangerous. Looks like taking out of trash started, with federal agents disposing of an ass-hole who murdered Trump supporter in Portland. Bypassing corrupt DAs is also a great idea. Finally, something is being done. In related news, however, good public schools mean this: 

MOSCOW (Reuters) - Russia's "Sputnik-V" COVID-19 vaccine produced an antibody response in all participants in early-stage trials, according to results published on Friday by The Lancet medical journal that were hailed by Moscow as an answer to its critics. The results of the two trials, conducted in June-July this year and involving 76 participants, showed 100% of participants developing antibodies to the new coronavirus and no serious side effects, The Lancet said. Russia licensed the two-shot jab for domestic use in August, the first country to do so and before any data had been published or a large-scale trial begun.

You see, very simple--stay in school, study hard and Lancet will write about you. Develop your synapses and see the purpose in life. Just some thoughts for Friday evening. I will try to finish a large chapter for my new book tomorrow.

Who Stays, Who Goes.

You know, almost like Clash (who I never liked, frankly) who asked in 1981 this existential question on if they should beat it and fade into obscurity or stick around a while longer. 

We may now start answering partially (I underscore it) this question in terms of who should stay or who should go, now(c). My answer starts with "expertdom", most, not all, though (that is very important to keep in mind)  modern "experts", are not really experts in anything at all. The first and most massive layer of this "expertdom" are all kinds of social media "influencers" from all continents who do not know shit from shinola, but because being "educated" in fashion design, theater, "economics", philosophy, political "science", marketing, media and financial "analysis", among many other things of similar nature, the only application of their lack of any useful skills is in the emotion-driven "influencing" of the same kind of impressionable losers like themselves in social media. While "influencing" a fairly large strata of humanity (primarily from "developed" countries where, mostly, youth is addicted to exposing themselves on social networks) through their "expertise", this cabal of ignoramuses can sell only personal smugness and serve as a good conduit for rumors, stupidity, conspiracy theories and wholesale detachment from reality, sometimes aided with a very specific political agenda. This army of "experts" is vast--it spreads across a number of platforms, from Youtube to blogosphere, and it is precisely a category of people who are, generally, unemployable in any serious field, other than adding to the numbers of amorphous office plankton.  This "army" is doomed and it should go, despite their inevitable desperate attempts to stay--a whole day worth of honest work, are you kidding me? Those people think that they are too good for that. 

As journalist Dmitri Olshansky warns (in Russian) about Russia in this particular case and possible upheaval:

Все эти люди, из которых состоят Москва и Питер, Московская область, а отчасти уже и Казань, Нижний, Сочи, Екатеринбург, - эти кафе и турфирмы, дизайнеры и пиарщики, эти бесконечные сервисы, торговые центры, апартаменты и их арендаторы и владельцы, магазинчики, торгующие не лекарствами и не гречкой, а чем-то вроде бы второстепенным, кинотеатры, охранники офисов, ремонтники, строители и таксисты, в конце концов. Что будет с ними? В отличие от военных заводов и газопроводов, эти люди не воспринимаются как необходимый, жизненно важный элемент нашей жизни.

Translation:  All these people, who constitute Moscow and Piter, Moscow Region, partially Kazan, Nizhny Novgorod, Sochi, Yekaterinburg--all those cafes and tourist firms, designers and PR specialists, all those endless services, shopping malls, apartments and their renters and owners, all those small stores which sell not the buckwheat, not medicine but something of secondary importance, movie theaters, office guards, repairmen, construction workers, can drivers, in the end. What is going to happen to them? Unlike military plants and gas pipe-lines, these people are not perceived as an essential element of our life.

Well, Olshansky himself is, obviously, an "expert", albeit of a more privileged kind--he gets paid for his "expertise"--and he immediately shows us his level of understanding of the problem. It is not a good level. For starters, who said that "repairmen" and especially "construction workers" are not essential elements of out lives? Olshansky? I have some news for him: electricians, plumbers, let alone contractors, will be needed ALWAYS and they always existed and will continue to exist within the "corridor" of fluctuation of economy--sometimes easy going, sometimes tough--but these professions are not going anywhere. PR specialists, however, together with many (not all) realtors should go--these are largely useless occupations, together with most "marketing" specialists, stock brokers and other financial "analysts" who are in the business of driving primarily useless wants and add nothing, other than adding to the tax base, of real value to society other than erecting massive self-licking ice cream cone. 

Olshansky is worried that if not supported by Russian state those people may become a good fuel for "opposition" (which primarily itself is the same type of "service economy" so called kreakls) or even go into criminal business. I hear him, my question however, including understanding of a fact that people's lives and livelihoods must be the center of government's concern, is if he looked outside lately to see what is going on globally? In the end, Russia has next full week off (all of it paid), next 6 months automatic extension of benefits and privileges (in Russian), and we are just beginning to see what measures Russia is undertaking to weather a global geopolitical, medical and economic hurricane. I am pretty sure we will hear more, much more, from not only Putin himself, but last time I checked this new guy Mishustin increasingly looks like a real professional and people's man against the background of former Prime Minister known for his inadequacy to his position. So, Olshansky's piece is one of those "expert" opinion pieces which is written in haste. I, as an example, wouldn't mind to see Moscow's High School of Economics dissolved with its "professors" taking always in demand jobs of sweeping streets in Russia, while most of its students transferred to colleges to study metal-works, modern welding, tool and die making, you know--skills which are in high demand even today in Russia. No? Of course. This is not to mention the fact, which Olshansky MUST know if he considers himself an "expert", that it is precisely THIS strata of secondary, if not tertiary service economy young people who are the fertile ground for operations by the so called "opposition" and liberal (a euphemism for radically Russophobic) media in Russia. They are also a MAIN driver in support for oligarchy and import of the most insane cultural practices from the West.  So, let's call them what they are. Marxists called them lumpen. I can remind Olshansky what lumpen is:

Of or relating to dispossessed, often displaced people who have been cut off from the socioeconomic class with which they would ordinarily be identified: lumpen intellectuals unable to find work in their fields.

There is a reason that this type of public goes in Russia under insulting condescending term Kreakls, even when they nominally are not from the creative field of arts. Nobody needs PR "specialists", last time I checked (10 minutes ago), St. Petersburg alone needs a shit load of tool and die makers, lathe and machining CNC centers operators (in Russian). Sure, for some financial "analyst" going from doing nothing in office and BSing people into buying useless financial "instrument" over a nice meal in a fancy restaurant getting his (her) income cut and going to shipyard or machine-building plant to perform actual work may seem as a cultural shock, but those jobs pay, large companies provide excellent and really cheap (sometimes free) meals in plant's cafeteria. So, what's not to like? So, they do not want to change their life and learn real skills and contribute to society? They want to join "opposition" (much of it financed from the West) and demand themselves to be allowed to the power (and resources)? For that, there is OMON and FSB. Jobs for people who want to work and learn, and improve their skills and are ready to take risks are out there and they are plentiful. Jobs of PR "specialists', media "experts" and other Kreakls are not coming back, because nobody needs them. 

But that is Russia, in the US same class of Kreakls (American ones) decided to go for broke and unleashed printing of money. It may help, initially, for a very little while but then...Well, we all know what this "then" is--(whispering) high, very high, hyper....ooops, inflation. But in the same time--what would one expect? This is the ONLY option the United States currently has. That, plus attaching some strings to new bailout package:

A lot of that cash, especially from the new lending facility, will find its way into a range of publicly-traded companies. The deal includes provisions to stop these companies from using that cash for stock buybacks or executive bonuses. "Every loan document will be public and made available to Congress very quickly so we can see where the money is going," Schumer said Wednesday on the Senate floor. A condition for receiving a government loan will be that a company cannot make stock buybacks for a year.

It is essentially 2008 TARP with some, I would say, welcomed modifications for people who already lost and many will lose their jobs. This is good, however, not going far enough. Will US economy "recover"? In some sense it should, it is just that it will find itself in an uncharted territory of economic reality where US GDP will finally be measured for what it is ($9-10 trillion at best) and new geopolitical reality will take hold. Like a complete revision of US global military posture and expenses--a process many US "experts" (with zero real expertise) on a payroll of all kinds of fraudulent "think tanks" tried to avoid for decades. Most of those "experts" should go--they have zero expertise. So, many those "creative" types with degrees in "conflict resolution" or political "science" should go, together with "educational" programs preparing those. New reality is upon us and, as I said, we may yet thank fate that it all happens this way.

In related news, Russia accelerates sea trials of 3M22 Zircon (in Russian) with a number of submarine and surface ship launches planned for this year. It makes sense, since under present global circumstances, considering who runs the United States today, combat deployment of these (M=9, officially, now there is a rumor that their speed is even higher and range is much longer) missiles will provide a very serious deterrent factor against any attempt by crazies to "export" US inflation and other economic problems abroad by only means US know--unleashing military aggression. Especially around Europe or China. So, buckle up--we are in uncharted territory. 

UPDATE: On Putin's address. Sadly in Russian only (for now). Well, welcome back to... well, you know;) Phrase at 06:44: "I Request the Government and Central Bank to ensure stable financing (lending) of the REAL sector". 

Massive increases of payments for unemployed, for multi-children families, 6 months tax and loan vacations for all small and middle-sized businesses, simplification of bankruptcy process. Long to list it all. The most rewarding one is increasing (from 2 to 15%) taxation of all capital transfers out of Russia. Boy, talk about world changing like crazy, not to mention a creepy (not really) similarity of measures by the.... ahem, US Government. It is obvious that Russian State will be happy to acquire many more juicy real sector enterprises from some overly nervous "owners", as was the case in 2008. Yep, ladies and gentlemen, it is all about people--no people, no capital. You don't take care of people, you are screwed--no matter how high Dow Jones is. If US will be able to weather this shitstorm and not spiral down into a complete economic collapse--Trump has just won 2020 elections. The rest could be settled later. We may not grasp yet a significance of this historic moment. But it is significant, very. Even Financial Times begins to suspect something, LOL.

Central banks must evolve to help governments fight coronavirus

I Am Doing It For The First Time (Experiment).

My blog is an English-language blog, but today I want to do an experiment. I know there are many Russian-speakers from outside Russia, as well as from the inside Russia, who read it. So, I post here a piece I think may be of interest to them and it is written in a very basic straight-forward Russian, for Russian speakers. It should not represent any difficulty for non-Russian speakers to run it through Google-translate, especially since I do not write anything particularly new for English-speakers and they are well acquainted with many of my points in this piece. I doubt they will find anything new in it, what they don't know already. So, let's see what will be the reaction. Again, I remind you, it is an experiment.

                 15 минут некомпетентности

Это был Энди Уорхол, певец пост-модернизма, кто в 1968 году вывел стратегический диктум, что в будущем каждый получит свои 15 минут славы. Уорхол наверное и не подозревал насколько точным, и страшным, окажется его прогноз. Мы живём в эпоху мгновенного распространения информации в социальных сетях и мемов, которые заменяют саму основу того, что всегда составляло и продолжает составлять реальную, а не выдуманную через множение сущностей, профессиональную компетенцию--знание и базирующиеся на нём навыки и умения. К сожалению, знание как полнота достоверной информации, уложенная в прокрустово ложе причинно-следственных связей, находит всё меньше и меньше сторонников в мире где 15 минут славы и способность удовлетворять дофаминовую зависимость от социальных сетей ценятся выше реальной компетенции. 

Конечно же понятно, что если только по стечению обстоятельств некто из современной армии блогеров, самозванных "экспертов" и прочих селебрити, которые считают себя уполномоченными выссказываться по любому вопросу современного бытия, не окажется гастро-энтерологом (или нейрохирургом), никто из этой армии Уорхоловских пятнадцати-минутников, также известных как креаклы не сможет разговаривать на тему гастроэнтерологии или нейрохирургии. Хотя, глядя на то как растёт армия людей, верующих в заразную природу онкологических заболеваний, может оказаться и так, что не за горами и то время когда люди с образованием в "маркетинге" или "экономике", или общественных отношениях начнут выдвигать свои собственные теории и о гастроэнтерологии, и о нейрохирургии. Нужно, правда, отметить что медицина пока ещё остаётся за пределами мнений воинствующих креаклов именно в силу того, что медицина, базирующаяся на знаниях и химии, и микробиологии, и понимании физических принципов, на которых работает постоянно усложняющаяся медицинская технология, остаются очень сложными и за пределами восприятия тех, кто сегодня составляет армию креаклов. К сожалению данная, относительно спокойная, как у медицины, судьба миновала целый ряд дисциплин, часть которых в той или иной степени соприкасается с так называемой гуманитарной областью. Причина тут проста--изучить историю или даже то, что сегодня ходит под названием экономики или политических наук человеку даже со средним уровнем интеллектуального развития намного проще, чем, например, изучить дифференциальные уравнения или рассчитать прочности элементов крыла самолёта, не говоря уже о планирований военной операции--это уже совершенно другой уровень знаний. Печальная реальность для креаклов заключается в том, что миграция людей, которые имеют серьёзное образование и экспертизу в точных науках в область гуманитарную на порядки больше, чем в обратную сторону. Суть подобного явления давно описал Бертран Расселл, когда с изрядной долей самоиронии заметил, что когда он был молодым, ему нравилась математика, когда она стала слишком сложной для него, он занялся философией, когда же философия стала слишком сложной, он ушёл в политику. 

Наверное неслучайно, что среди людей, которые повлияли серьёзно на умы и сердца русских людей в 20-ом столетии очень немало было людей из области точных, особенно физико-математических, наук. Достаточно вспомнить и Константина Эдуардовича Циолковского, и Александра Зиновьева, и Сергея Капицу--людей, чья деятельность выходила далеко за рамки науки и имела явно выраженный общественно-политический вектор. Можно с ними соглашаться или нет, но отрицать влияние этих людей на формирование прежде всего филосовских ответов на вызовы современности, от космизма Циолковского, до зиновьевского проклятия "реформ" Горбачёва, приведших к развалу СССР, невозможно. Да и на Западе, от Рене Декарта до Стивена Хокинга и Мичио Каку именно из сегмента точных наук выходили да и выходят наиболее влиятельные философские идеи, включая попытки заглянуть в будущее. Вот с либеральными "гуманитариями" же, за редким исключением, а такие встречаются, что в России, что на Западе, ну очень большие проблемы. Объяснение этому совершенно не является сложным. 

Но прежде чем ответить на вопрос почему и российские, и западные креаклы, всё больше и больше, со всё увеличивающейся частотой, попадают впросак в их ответах о состоянии мира и, особенно, в их прогнозах необходимо уяснить одну простую истину, которую я уже затронул выше. Я ни в коем случае не против гуманитарных наук--более того, я не представляю себе человека мыслящего не являющегося историческим, экономическим и философским уж если не энциклопедистом, то по крайней мере начитаным человеком. Но вот тут то и кроется подвох, потому что мир, начиная с начала 20-го века становится всё сложнее и сложнее в своём технологическом развитии и с революционным развитием технологий и средств доставки и обмена информации, что в гражданской, что в военных областях, способность креаклов к формированию знания на фоне гигантского потока информации всё больше и больше сводится к нулю. Это особенно касается вопросов военного анализа, где чисто гуманитарный подход не удовлетворяет и не может удовлетворять необходимость серьёзных обобщений на оперативном, стратегическом и доктринном уровне. Большинство же современных "экспертов" именно в этой области почему то как правило имеют гуманитарное образование, и уж тем более российские так называемые либеральные военные "аналитики", также как и их Западные коллеги, как под копирку не имеют ни образования в точных, не говоря уже о военных, науках, большинство их них никогда не служило и дня в вооружённых силах, но именно эти люди считают себя вправе выносить суждения по ряду ключевых вопросов современности не имея даже рудиментарного, не говоря уже о профессиональном высшем, военного образования и опыта. Это имеет огромное значение в силу того, что вся история человечества это прежде всего история конфликтов и войн. 

В России, Аркадий Аверченко достаточно ядовито высмеял подобное явление в 1915 году в своём "Специалисте По Военному Делу", где главный герой, сапожник по профессии, анализировал обстановку на фронтах Первой Мировой Войны с точки зрения сапожника. Но если Аверченко описывал выдуманного персонажа, Франция и её Марин Роял, Военно-Морской Флот, испытал на практике, что такое некомпетентность помноженная на влияние на умы, когда по следам унизительного поражения Франции от Пруссии в 1870, Флот Франции оказался в состоянии хронического недофинансирования. Такое состояние дел, совместно с рядом технических инноваций как пушки Пейзана, впервые доказавшие свою убойную силу при разгроме Турецкого Флота Русскими при Синопе, привело к появлению стратегической военно-морской концепции Жюн Икол--Молодая Школа. Жюн Икол пыталась найти ответ на то как Французский Флот мог противостоять самому большому и самому мощному флоту того времени--Королевскому Флоту Великобритании. Жюн Икол искала эти ответы в строительстве большого количества артиллерийских и торпедных катеров, способных заниматься рейдерством на линиях морских коммуникаций, которые были исключительно важны для Британской Империи.

Не вдаваясь в подробности провала Жюн Икол, которая пыталась использовать примитивную и неопробованную технологию малых кораблей, торпед и телеграфа, Жюн Икол добилась того, что программа строительства броненосцев для флота Франции была парализована и ни о каком вызове флоту больших кораблей Великобритании речи уже не шло--то есть то, что Жюн Икол ставила своей основной задачей выполнено не было и не могло быть в условиях примитивных технологий конца 19 века. Во всей этой истории с Жюн Икол важным является не факт вполне предсказуемого провала концепции, важен факт того, как эта концепция была подхвачена и буквально навязана Франции простым "прогрессивным" и очень популярным журналистом, креаклом, того времени Габриэлем Шармэ, кто с энтузиазмом специалиста в международных отношениях подхватил и "развил" идеи основного пропонента Жюн Икол, французкого адмирала Теофило Обэ. Результат данной деятельности журналиста Шармэ Франция продолжала ощущать уже и в 20 веке. Урок Жюн Икол заключается вовсе не только в поспешном и неумном применении сырых технологий для решения больших стратегических задач--данные уроки многочисленны в истории человечества, достаточно вспомнить недавний блеф Рейгановских Звёздных Войн. Главный урок Жюн Икол заключается в том, что поверхностно, в лучшем случае, информированные непрофессионалы представляют из себя реальную угрозу для трезвого, профессионального анализа и эффект их безграмотного продвижения сырых идей может быть очень значительным. Если в медицине принцип Не Навреди является основой медицинской этики, то же самое нельзя сказать о военной области, которая сегодня стала полигоном безграмотных посредственностей из креаклов, неспособных по определению иметь взвешенный профессиональный взгляд на исключительно сложную военную сферу. Мало того, что часто сии "аналитики" хромают в своих "родных" невоенных  профессиях, переход данных любителей в сферу военной аналитики даёт толчок к появлению абсолютно безграмотных и часто вредных идей. Как заметил Иван Петров в своей статье в Российской Газете, отвечая на псевдо-научную глупость сомна нынешних либеральных "военных аналитиков" о системе Авнгард:

На этом фоне, ввиду отсутствия каких-либо прорывных достижений в области развертывания глобальной ПРО, американцы пытаются принизить наши военно-технические достижения. И представить новейшие стратегические комплексы уязвимыми для будущей "сверхтехнологичной" противоракетной системы. К сожалению, в эту нечистоплотную игру с воодушевлением включились и некоторые отечественные СМИ. Площадка для публикаций и выступлений для критики наших новейших вооружений предоставляется неким "серьезным техническим экспертам", на поверку оказывающимся малоизвестными специалистами, не имеющими отношения к рассматриваемому вопросу.

К сожалению распространение и продвижение откровенной технической, тактической и стратегической глупости давно не является уделом отдельных блоггеров и псевдо-аналитиков из креаклов. Действительно, как замечает Петров, целые пласты СМИ, что в России, что в США имеют в своих "армиях" так называемых военных "экспертов" людей не служивших и дня на любой командной должности и не имеющих малейших академических заделов для даже рудиментарного понимания как военной технологии, так и её применения. Сегодня в России военным "анализом" занимаются люди с образованием, в лучшем случае, в политических науках, в худшем--литературе, биологии, или, как и в случае с Габриелем Шармэ, международных отношениях. Каким образом подобные квалификации могут удовлетворять требованиям, объективно предъявляемым к компетентному военному анализу и включающие в себя серьёзный блок знаний математики, физики, теории исследования операций, тактики, оперативного искусства, современных технологий и физических и математических принципов реализованных в них, остаётся только догадываться и пожимать плечами. 

Не стоит тогда и удивляться тому информационному шуму, наполняющему медийное пространство как России, так и Запада--армии Габриэлей Шармэ растут ежедневно.  Некоторые из них становятся последователями Шармэ из чистой глупости и амбиции, другие же вовлечены в так называемую информационную войну Запада против России, в которой основным товаром является презрение к России и некомпетентность не просто желательна, она ценится на вес золота. Поэтому и не могут предсказать раз за разом ни одного исхода как военных действий, так и технологической гонки между Россией и США данные горе-аналитики. Вот и живут в мире где армия Грузии должна громить Армию России, где Россия вот-вот провалится в Сирии, где Россия настолько отстала от США что уж пора сдаваться, и данные провалы продолжают множиться один за другим, но это никак не влияет на креаклов, что российских, что западных. Пока жива человеческая амбиция и платятся гонорары из Западных источников, глупости, то ли заведомые, то ли по неразумению, продолжат множиться как и те самые сущности, когда сказать абсолютно по существу нечего.
