Oh, we know the results today--an obsolete military with obsolete TOE with ideas about war which are from 1980s and with zero institutional ability to learn. Somebody has to tell McMaster that, while financing of military is critical, in the US case it is financing of the military which has no vision nor understanding of modern war. People like him literally wouldn't be allowed to command a regiment in Russian Army and that's what drives his rage and BS--sensing that he is a loser.
