There is no classified technology there, Russia has a number of slightly damaged SCALP/Storm Shadows and this thing is a standard target even for lower tier Russian AD complexes such as S1 Pantsir, Tor M2, not to speak of Buk M2 let alone S-350. Let me put it this way, this missile is way out of the league of 3M14(M) Kalibr and Russian AD will handle those "Ukrainian" missiles as it did before--most have been shot down.
