He is grossly inaccurate drawing parallels to Venice (and people correctly pointed this out to him), but in terms of Dubai--he nailed it. I would also say that his statements about Singapore are also grossly inaccurate, well--he is a financial guy only--but in general this is a good video about people being like this proverbial girl from LZ's Stairway to Heaven for who "all that glitters is gold". So, Dubai part is good and covers a substantial portion of Gulfies' problems well.
