... who hurt himself while dealing with contact martial arts, I always laughed at all followers of Bullshido who still thought that there is some kind of magical system, like this BS "Systema", which is nothing but ... well, Bullshido)) Yeah, yeah, secret Soviet Spetsnaz non-contact "Systema". For decades I, and my friends laughed at all those "schools" promoting this BS and fooling a bunch of naive morons. But, boy, was I wrong. As it turned out--the noncontact martial arts exist and here is the proof of how effective they are. Finally, legendary "Systema" in action.
