This is the picture of the deficit of power generation in 404. It is for today. Currently the average time any 404 resident remains without power is around 16.5 hours. That's average. 

Keep in mind, that even 50% capacity doesn't mean that you may have power 50% of the time. Not at all. And once you drop below 50%--good chances are you will lose power completely. Average for a whole of 404 is 47%--that's the death knell for 404 power.
