This video is allegedly from Kiev. I also cannot vouch for carpets, some of them could be from IKEA, others from some other stores. I am not going to delve into the stupidity of this method against the Army (Russian Army) which owns battle-space, including ISR preponderance, but the best comment was this, LOL:

Как бы мы по ошибке не начали ковровыми бомбардировками увлекаться. 

Translation: I am afraid we, by mistake, may get addicted to carpet bombing.
