I am no pilot, but to my amateur eye it seems that pilot "lost" the plane. Very sad and RIP to the pilot. Sadly shit happens. We will have to wait for the conclusions of the proper panel which will investigate this unfortunate event. 

Just to remind you. 

It is NEVER a routine.
