Patrick Boyle ...

... being savage to the so called "tech industry", which is not "tech" industry and never was.

Google, Amazon et al have been called "tech industry" by people who studied "economics" in Ivy League degree mills and experienced priapism each time from hearing "Silicon Valley", "Elon Musk", "iPhone" and other similar sequences of words due to never seeing real tech industry and having no basic STEM education, or, to forestall complains about my non-STEM discrimination, a common sense. The imagination of the Silicon Valley ran into the brick wall of a complex technological reality the same way the geometry of the microchip ran into physics. Of course, we are still free to imagine the new generation of the smartphones with colonoscopy and blowjob functions, but that's in the future and who knows how remote. But then again, who knows what those future insidiously "useful" functions may bring us.

Yes, people from the "tech industry" are really good at creating yet another mental disorder-generating social network and some new function on mobile devices, but for some reason these people are incapable of solving problems involving real physics (or chemistry). Ah, yes. Nuclear space tugs, possible future commercial hypersonic air travel, age-extension with creative human lives stretching beyond the 120+ years of age, cure from cancer, diabetes, spine injuries. You know, those things which you cannot resolve by merely writing a code or "inventing" hyperloop. Speaking of which--remember these morons?

They are still around, yes SpinLaunch, if you mean spinning BS to good ol' boys and girls with money about the possibility of launching satellites to the low earth orbit by means of spinning them and then releasing them like from the sling-shot. Awesome idea. One problem--to do that their satellite must withstand a dynamic load of 10,000 gs and not go into the liquification phase. No worries, Kongsberg, known for its inability to develop a supersonic anti-shipping missile, or for creating a shitty Frankenstein of NASAMS AD complex by marrying good ol' US AIM-120 AMRAAM to ground platform and then having audacity to declare it "world's first operational short-to-medium netcentric AD system" (which is simply a lie), will provide additional funding for these shysters from physics

You see, you can sell any BS to people as long as it has a "tech" label next to it and is presented in large auditoriums with projections of this new whatever its benefits on the huge screen for "tech" people who crawl out of their safe-spaces and gender-fluid communes to witness yet another "tech" guru convincing morons to spend their money on some useless gizmo for the sake of belonging to cult and conspicuous consumption. Haven't we been here before?

Of course we have. As the Russian proverb goes: for people who never studied physics--the world is filled with miracles. After all, there is a sucker born on this Earth every second.

And never forget to charge you iPhone and iBottle. You will need it at 10,000 gs in the Hyperloop. Dehydration, you know ... .
