Трансляцию ведет Кремль. 22 августа глава государства прибыл в закрытый город Нижегородской области, где расположен Всероссийский НИИ экспериментальной физики – Российский федеральный ядерный центр. В ходе визита Путин также почтил память Юлия Харитона – одного из создателей советского атомного проекта и первого научного руководителя ядерного центра. Президент возложил цветы к памятнику ученого и опустился на одно колено перед его бюстом.
