But I have a reaction of Russian senior officers--they laughed at this "compendium". Echo Chamber of (pseudo) military Pattonesque BS--main reason why the US Army loses its wars. I need a drink.

Do those people even understand what REAL Air Defense is? Nope. All those iterations of Wehrmacht's views, aka Air Land Battle (now Joint Fighting Doctrine, LOL) are built on military fantasies.
